Fijne locatie, dicht bij metrostation. Rustig, fijne kamers. Normaal ontbijt. Vind het alleen jammer dat het personeel bij het ontbijt in eigen kleding loopt. Je ziet niet goed, wie personeel, wie gast. Ik heb zeker geen moeite met welke kleding iemand draagt, maar een naveltruitje of twee dagen achter elkaar hetzelfde shirt. Sorry, dat komt op mij niet professioneel over.

Super hotel !
Super hotel, heel vriendelijke mensen. Propere en goed verzorgde kamers. Prima restaurant en uitgerbeid ontbijt. Het hotel is ook perfect gelegen om Londen te verkennen. vlakbij 2 metrostations en vele bezienswaardigheden.

Top hotel !
Mooie verzorgde kamers centraal gelegen makkelijk toegankelijk naar bus en metro.Hotel ligt in een rustige buurt met toch goede restaurants en pubs in de buurt. Goede service bij vragen of assistie onmiddellijk bijstand. De gratis smartphone voor bellen en brouwsen zonder kost was een mooie extra. Bedden matrassen van heel goede kwaliteit .

Vooral niet doen.
De WiFi werkte matig in het hotel. De TV heeft 250+ kanalen waarvan er slechts een 10tal werkte in mijn kamer. De restaurant factuur kan niet worden toegevoegd aan de totale hotelfactuur. In het restaurant -met zeer beperkte kaart- waren 2 items niet voorhanden,..u raadde het al, ik zal volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.

In een Londense pub met eigen bierbrouwerij je hotel hebben is een prima ervaring. Intiem en sfeervol. Bereikbaarheid is prima . Congres in Excel te bereiken in 15 minuten!

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep. We could hardly feel the Air Con and it definitely did not help to cool our room down. If this was sorted then it would of been a 5* stay. Thank you to all your hard working staff, they’re amazing 😁

We wanted a hotel near the Tower Gateway DLR terminal as we were attending the ABBA voyage concert. The hotel was ideal for this: a short walk to the terminal, very clean and comfy room, helpful staff, good restaurant for the evening, and a great breakfast included in the price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, coffee and tea facilities in room and these were replenished every day during our stay, breakfast was included and was delicious! The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. A few mins walk from two underground stations. Will most definitely stay in this property again.

Great stay easy location at a very nice hotel. Price was very competitive with all I found. Easy tube network nearby. My only downside although the free breakfast was very good it definitely could have been hotter

All was fine for a theatre break. Local to 2-3 tube stations. Had a free drink in the bar which was a nice touch. It was quiet in there but service was slow and server was not interested. Reception staff and breakfast staff were great

Nice stay in central hotel
Really warm welcome, nice room, bathroom could do with a refresh but was very clean. Comfy Bed, nice breakfast, need to clear tables a bit more quickly.

Great location, clean and tidy. Not a modern hotel as slightly dated but bed was super comfy. Excellent sleep both nights. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of things. Service could have been better.

We stayed for 1 night only but everything about the hotel was lovely from the wonderful staff to the lovely room, bar & restaurant. Wd definitely recommend it. Great breakfast too

Excellent hotel
It was an excellent stay. The hotel, bar and restaurant were lovely and the facilities and little extras included made it a great stay. Right next door to Tower Hill, it was a great location. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

A lovely hotel, worth the the money for sure, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice food, breakfast is a buffet spread and hot options cooked to order, near to tower bridge & best of all 'decent coffee' in the rooms
