The breakfast was complete and well taken care of. The room was complete and clean. We missed a friendly ´hello´ when entering the lobby of the hotel.

Wat een fijn, luxe hotel! In een rustige veilige omgeving, nabij OV, groene parken, water, horeca en bezienswaardigheden. Kamer voor 4 personen is ruim genoeg. Hadden zelfs een ligbad én douche! Jammer dat er maar 2 bekers en 2 glazen waren en dat de bekers niet onder de koffiemachine pasten. Super-ontbijt (geen ontbijtbuffet, zoals staat aangegeven)! A la carte, maar onbeperkt kiezen, zonder bijbetalen. Hulde voor vriendelijkheid personeel!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful in so many ways. First timer in London, so I got help with practical things around the city like travel. The hotel is literaly next to the Greenwich Metro station and a short walk to Greenwich park. At breakfast people helping with a little extra's and bringing it to the table. So loved it.

Aufenthalt als Familien mit 2 Kindern (11/14), direkt am Bahnhof gelegen und damit sehr zentral, die Bahn hat uns nicht gestört. Restaurants, Cafés, Pubs usw in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Park, Thamse fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Toiletten nichts für korpulentere Personen, sehr eng. Frühstücksbuffet für uns ausreichend (von jedem etwas), aber leider täglich genau das gleiche. Matratze im Bett (nicht Zustellbetten) sehr bequem.

Perfect stay reasonable price
Perfect base if you want a night out in London. Hotel is very modern, clean and the room we had was spacious with everything you need and the bed was comfy. Paid the extra for breakfast which was delicious and lots of variety. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Booked two rooms, asked to be close but ended up on different floors (and inexplicably BOTH given disabled rooms even though we didn't ask for them)! Rooms were large, big TV, fridge, tea making facilities, plenty of toiletries, free WiFi with a very comfortable arge bed but a bit worn and one bedside light was completely broken. Staff were helpful and friendly, although we parked in the underground car-park (£25 a day) and needed to press a buzzer to be let in AND out and once when leaving waited a very long time before being let out! But location very good (close to O2 and Up The Creek comedy club) and we would return again.

The whole experience at Novotel was amazing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Only issue we had was the toilet not being connected to the rest of the bathroom which was annoying when washing hands. The room was clean and the beds comfortable

2 night stay - room clean - beds could be a bit more comfy - coffee and croissant very nice - we stayed bed only so cannot comment on breakfast - but overall a very pleasant experience. Hotel is literally next door to train station which was super convenient for getting around London. 10 min walk to the Cutty Sark and surrounds.

Great location but not the best accom
Not the best service. Only time we spoke to someone was on checkout day where there was a knock on the door asking what time we were leaving. Checkout was officially noon. Also the heat of the room was ridiculously hot. Tried to put to 5 degrees to cool it down but it did nothing. Had to keep window open but next to train station and bars so not the best on an evening.

The DLR Station is behind the hotel. It’s handy to rail services and a short ride to Canary Wharf, where you can catch the Elizabeth Lune to Terminal 5.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family, everything was good except that the booking stated that it was a 4-star hotel and our room could not have more than 3 stars at most. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, the communication was excellent, the railway site is about 100 meters from the hotel and the bus stops in front of the hotel.
