My 2nd stay at this fantastic hotel. The reception staff didn't wow me like my 1st experience, however they are still a level above most establishments. Excellent room service and cleanliness of hotel is excellent. I did mention my Expedia VIP status, but unfortunately no room upgrade for me this time.

Beautiful room and courteous and professional staff. Was mildly annoyed that I could here the restaurant music (I was in a room facing the atrium), but it wasn't loud enough to affect my sleep or watching tv, so ultimately it was fine. Would definitely recommend and return.

We loved everything here. Such a visually stunning place. We were not crazy about all the food though. I really needed some fruit for breakfast and got such small amount with the oatmeal. Wasn't what I expected. The liquid for oatmeal (whether it's cream, milk or oatmilk) should be added by the guest. We got the soupiest oatmeal and a tiny bit of cooked fruit on top. Sorry...always thinking of healthful options when traveling. That is my only complaint...

Excellent location and a Beautiful property. Bar difficult to get in so make sure you book a spot, staff at the bar reception were not overly helpful. Overall very nice hotel.

Exceptional stay
Our stay at NoMad was a very memorable experience. Certain things are so rarely found that they have to be acknowledged and applauded. The overall ambiance and setting of the hotel is a beautiful, immersive experience. However beautiful, this would be of no meaning with poorly trained staff. The team made us feel like we were the only guests. Very often service can be shallow, overly formal and empty, however the staff provided a truly authentic relaxed, attentive service, a style which is incredibly difficult to achieve.

Everyone was so nice especially Tommy the concierge . He booked us into a wonderful restaurant and when I forgot my iPad in the room he quickly arranged to have it sent back to the states . Also we were upgraded to the most beautiful room !!!!! We could not believe how fortunate we were , huge windows facing the opera house , sitting room, dining room and upstairs bedroom, absolutely stunning!

My first NoMad experience was an exceptional one. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who provided a seemless check-in. I was informed that as an Expedia VIP customer, I would receive a room upgrade and a free drinks voucher. My room was spacious, clean and remarkably quiet considering the prime location, just a short walk from Covent Garden tube station. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Service and food us excelkent. Location is quiet but its within walking distance of shops, restaurant and tourust sited. Highly recommend.

I always stay at the Nomad when in London. I’ve stayed in other luxury hotels and none compared. The staff is amazing and the place is just beautiful. Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated.

I loved the Mexican restaurant, the food was delicious. I also really liked my room. It was really spacious. I didn't like how dark the entry is. I would definately come back but would sure prefer a well lit entry.
