Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), and the fully equipped kitchen. Feel free to use the dining area for meals or working, and relax in the living space with a sofa bed. Fast Wi-Fi and all the comforts of home are at your disposal. You’ll have private access to the apartment, and can enjoy the nearby amenities like shops, cafés, and transport links.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. These times allow for proper cleaning and preparation. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, it can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to availability and with 24 hours' notice.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Additional cleaning and linen services can be provided during your stay for an extra fee. Please let me know if you would like this service.
Please note Roost does not provide storage for luggage, personal belongings, or mail, and cannot accept post or packages under any circumstances. Guests are not permitted to use the property's post boxes, and any mail received will be returned to sender. Lost property must be collected within 14 days of checkout, after which it will be disposed of. Return of lost items by mail may be offered at the guest’s expense but is not guaranteed and is at Roost’s discretion.

Parking: Paid restricted street parking is available on the side roads near the apartment, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a maximum stay of 8 hours. Parking is free outside of these hours.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
No Pets: For allergy reasons, pets are not permitted.
Laundry: A washing machine is available, but please note there is no dryer.
