In- en uitchecken gaat super snel. Gewoon een simpele accommodatie voor een goede prijs en dan ook nog redelijk dicht bij het centrum.

my room which was located in a building site but also not fir to stay in. Mold was growing in bathroom window.see pictures. Paint was pealing from windows. Unfortunately no one could solve my problem. Management is still not responding. I had to find alternative accommodation. I booked via Hotels.com. Also they did not help me

Gebouw heeft echt zijn beste tijd gehad!
Beschrijving en foto's kloppen totaal niet, dit gebouw heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Kapotte tegels op de badkamer, laminaat op de kamer waar de stukken uit zijn en overal waterschade heeft, kastdeuren die scheef zitten en bijna eruit vallen. Bed was ook niks waard, spiralen staken nog net niet uit het bed en is hooguit 120 cm breed. Ramen enkel glas en met een drukke weg is dat zeer luidruchtig. Keukentje wat letterlijk keukentje is, verwacht niet dat je er kunt koken zo klein is het. Tv lijkt meer het formaat van een gemiddelde tablet te hebben, dus ook onbruikbaar. Is er dan nog wat positiefs te melden? Jazeker! De locatie is het enige pluspunt, je bent zo bij de metro en staat binnen een paar minuten midden in Londen, en bent op 5 minuten lopen van bijvoorbeeld harrods en diverse museums. Wil je redelijk goedkoop dicht bij het centrum zitten dan moet je dit boeken, maar verwacht niks van comfort of afwerking.

Location in Chelsea is very good. A short walk away from Harrods, shops and two tube stations. The room was small, but comfortable enough. However, the general upkeep and cleanliness were not too great. Holes, missing screws, peeling paint and mould in the bathroom.

Vergane glorie, voor een paar nachtjes acceptabel.
Toen we laat in de avond de kamers betraden, bleken er kapotte ramen en een slecht doorspoelende wc te zijn. Het douchegordijn kon niet verhinderen dat de badkamervloer overstroomde. We hebben een andere kamer gevraagd en na wat gedoe, gekregen. Deze was gelukkig veel beter. De foto’s geven een rooskleuriger beeld dan wat de werkelijke staat van het hotel is.

Goede ligging, centraal voor uitstapjes
Goede ligging in een van duurste wijken. Maar het hotel moet grondig worden aangepast/onderhouden. Oude vloerbedekking, slecht schilderwerk, verwarming die niet regelbaar is ( dus erg warm). Ramen die niet normaal gesloten kunnen worden. Voor deze prijs iets meer verwacht.

The hotel does a great job of keeping the property and the rooms clean during your stay. Rooms come with everything you need and it feels very safe inside. Very easy walk to South Kensington Station to get into the city as well.

Needs repairs and updates done. Floors were very uneven areas of the floor was soft and spongy. Not handicap accessible only one elevator available as the other elevator was down for a repair.

My only complaint is that despite the booking being for three adults, there was no bedsheet, pillow cases or duvet cover provided for the pullout bed. The pillows and duvet were found in the bedroom, but no actual bedding. It was late and I was tired after being at the hospital, so I slept in my clothes as it was, but this raises some concerns about how many other people have used the duvet, pillows and sofa-bed without bedding, and that someone else will now use it after me, clean though I am. Otherwise, everything else was great, and it was perfectly located for access to the Royal Brompton hospital.

Super! This is our first trip to London and we are so glad we found this hotel. The location is perfect, the service is great, (reception is helpful with any question and very friendly) Very clean and nice room with an incredible view (especially at night) In the room has everything necessary for a family. And what is important is the ability to cook & It helps a lot, especially when you are traveling with a small child. The only thing I didn't like was the smell when we checked in. But we quickly resolved this issue and continued to have a great time here without any pretensions. I will definitely come back again. I recommend this hotel for those who value their time and save money.

Location is good as close to lot of Chelsea things but the area thanks to this building and the 24/7 besides is full of dodgy people . Place is full of prostitution, young backpackers and strange people . Never seen a room so dirty and disgusting in my life , how is this place allowed to operate legally is incredible

The staff so incredibly helpful. Nadia is the absolute best! My family and I visited from NY for a birthday celebration and we were accommodated to the upmost. I was even contacted after check out when we left behind our keys. Great for walking to museums and small cafes.

Nice apt, but some shabby bits. Sofa was stained and had cigarette burns on it. Worst thing was the noise! No insulation on the windows at all so it was impossible to sleep. My room was on the ground floor which wouldn’t have helped. Also windows really were not secure either so that was a bit of a worry.

The sink was dirty, shower didn’t drain well and the sheets had a lot of hairs left on them upon arrival. The tv has little to no channels. The kitchen had a few pots but no plates or bowls.

Godt placeret i Chelsea. Vores værelse var i ringe stand. Maling var skallet af, det virkede som en vandskade der ikke var repareret. Man kunne ikke dreje vandet i badeværelset over på kold. Sofabordet manglede lim og var i stykker.

The property is not in the best condition but absolutely acceptable for the price. The walls in room peeling on ceiling. Bed linens surprisingly nice! No full length mirror in room. But plenty of mirrors in the hallways near elevator if you need to check out your outfit. 😀. The staff at front desk seem to always be available !! The neighborhood is 5 star !

Great location close to South Kensington Station & Natural History Museum. Rented the business penthouse for extra space for our family of 4 for four nights. Disappointed in this unit being advertised as something different…I booked it as it was supposed to have 2 Queen beds and, instead, it had 2 double beds. I could have rented a different place for cheaper. No coffee or tea, kitchen was sparse for supplies, shower water was lukewarm, paint peeling off walls..etc. Enjoyed the location, but wish I had booked somewhere else.

Esta en buena ubicación con el train pars sslir a donde uno quiera, es un lugar seguro, se ve mucha gente bien, lo unico feo es que el primer dia cobraron wifi y ya lo habia pagado, pero esta muy cómodo.
