Zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een goede locatie van bijvoorbeeld Buckingham Palace op 5 minuten loopafstand en de beroemde winkelstraat Bondstreet op 5 minuten lopen. Ook worden de kamers twee keer per dag opgeruimd en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Echt een aanrader

Location great, atmosphere great, quality less.
On arrival I got a room on the same floor as the reception. (2nd) the room appeared to be an upgrade which was much appreciated. The receptionist showed the room. Upon entering the room, the room had a smell, not nice. First the receptionist told me it was a kind of perfume being sprayed in the room. I mentioned my wife would not like it (she would arrive later that week). The smell was sewage. So later that evening moved to a better room on the 6th floor. Again cannot argue the space. When I later that week I wanted to take a bath, the bath was not working. They advised to take a bath, after the bath call reception and they would drain the water. All together not a service you expect for a pricy hotel. Again people are friendly, but the empathy level was low. I had not seen my wife for two weeks and wanted no worries on my head, that was the reason to book a more expensive hotel in London. This was the last time there.

Super lokatie
Het hotel is niet heel groot, wat echt zijn charmes heeft. Het personeel is zeer voorkomend en meedenkend. De lokatie is echter het allerbelangrijkste, bijna alles is op loopafstand. Buckingham Palace via de achteruitgang al op zo'n 500 meter. Trafalgar Square, Harrods, Greenpark etc. allemaal op loopafstand. Een klein minpuntje: de douche in onze kamer gaf geen koud water, alleen maar gloeiend heet. Daarom moesten we 's ochtends vroeg al om 08.30 uur met onze spullen over de gang heen sjouwen naar een andere kamer. Men heeft wel excuses aangeboden, maar we kregen niet een kleine attentie aangeboden. Ons drankje van de minibar (een cola) moesten we gewoon afrekenen. Een klein gebaar was wel aardig geweest... gezien de kosten van het hotel!

Het hotel is rustig gelegen in een zijstraat van St James street in de buurt van Picadilly Circus. Zeer goede service een mooie luxe kamers. Echt een aanrader voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar luxe en sfeer.

We had 2 horrible nights of sleep as the AC wasn’t functioning properly or at all the second day and they had no one to fix it until the next day… unacceptable. They sent us a bottle of Prosecco to appease the situation but didn’t care to ask if we drink or not… also unacceptable. We left it there.

A small but very nice & cozy room with large bathroom with 2 sinks & bath tube. However the room is facing the street, even though it is on a dead end street, every morning, i hear truck noise which woke me up. Wish the furnitures were smaller for the scale of the room so there is a little more room to walk around. Amazing location.

Great location of a boutique, quiet and high class
Great quiet location in centre of london. High standards of furniture and tidy/cleaniness. Can’t fault the service. Only thing that means I wouldn’t give 5 star is the fire alarm went off at 7:30 as a false alarm on Sunday morning. No their fault, but a note to say sorry and maybe an offer of a complimentary coffee or something would have been nice.

Great service great location
Arrived on Christmas Eve and received warm welcome. We travelled with our daughter and she was delighted to find a stuffed Christmas stocking in the room filled with chocolates and cookies. Services are very good and so is breakfast. Location is great walking distance to shopping districts and theatres.

Christmas lights
Lovely quiet boutique hotel just around the corner from the Ritz in Mayfair. Came for the London Christmas lights and weren’t disappointed. The restaurant and bar are top notch. My husband said it was the best Vesper Martini he ever had. Staff were helpful and courteous. No internet TV, but otherwise well appointed room.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très avenant. La chambre était petite mais suffisant pour un week-end. La situation est top, cependant nous avons très froid pendant les 2 nuits dans la chambre. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception, cependant rien n’a changé.

Great location but the bathroom is a problem. It has a tub with a half door to use for a shower. I am familiar with them but this door seems too small. The first shower ended up with a lot of water on the floor. The next time I was very careful with the door placement and stood as close to the front as I could. Still had to mop the floor. Didn’t use the shower my last day. Need a different door or shower head.
