'I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. 'There are two units at the Debonaire Suites, and we stayed in the one that overlooks Ontario Street, the main street in downtown Stratford. Despite facing the busy street, the soundproofing is pretty amazing -- you can barely hear any of the traffic other than the loudest of vehicles.
