'First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. 'Host was incredibly responsive (well exceeded our expectations for communication) and the unit was cute and convenient. The parking is SUPER convenient (right in front of unit), which is hard to find in the area. Remember to send your info if you need a parking pass (the host did share this when we made the reservation, I just didn’t check my inbox- and even with this being my mistake, they went above and beyond to help me get a pass that night). 10/10 would stay again.'
