'It was great for what I needed, a place to land between exploring. It was tucked back from the main road, so a little tough to find at first but I appreciated the privacy after. The staff was incredibly nice and I was able to check in early. Had all the basic amenities I needed. There’s no A/C which isn’t a dealbreaker but would have been welcomed during the heatwave.'

'The room was clean, check-in was quick and staff was nice. However, it was quite noisy in the room because of the road adjacent to the hotel. It almost seemed like the windows were open, when they were in fact closed, so sound isolation is not good. Would recommend to take ear plugs with you, or buy some at the Boots across the road as I did.'

'Ruime familiekamer. Koelkastje en waterkoker aanwezig. Goed bed en warme douche. Buurt is oud, maar duidelijk in ontwikkeling door aantrekken hippere winkels en horeca. Op woensdag en vrijdagavond (tot 12 uur) muziek in de pub die je goed hoort in de kamer.'

'The staff were cordial. The breakfast was ok, a standard British breakfast. The room smelled terribly musty, especially in the bathroom. The small electric fan was filthy. We stayed for a week and they never serviced or cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. I won’t stay there again. '

'Location is good, underground very nearby. Small complex. Very clean, staff friendly. We stayed in a basement room. Room was beautiful and clean but didn’t like that there was no fresh air/ daylight. Also there was a “mechanical room” in the hall to our room, fire/ safety door was always open. Made me feel a little unsafe with 3 children because there was 1 fire escape who passed this room and no windows. '

'Nice quiet hotel to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to the Shepherd's Bush tube (Central (red) Line connection) and bus stop just around the corner. Breakfast is good.'

'One Bathroom shower was too hot no matter what setting you move it to, the other shower was very small. Cleanliness needs improving and the rooms presentation also needs improvement'

'Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

'Het hotel kan wel een “opfrisbeurt” gebruiken maar het is schoon en de locatie en de prijs maken veel goed. Voor mij al jaren vaste prik.'
