The detached holiday home is located on the owner's 3000 square metre residential property on the edge of the village and forest, close to the Bäderstraße. It is approx. 1 km to the Baltic Sea beach. The holiday home is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed, LCD TV, radio, fireplace), a bedroom (double bed), a pantry kitchen (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. Spend cooler days by the cosy fireplace. A large terrace, a barbecue and a car parking space are available for you to use free of charge. The total price includes: Bed linen, water and energy consumption, fireplace, final cleaning. Towels must be brought along.



The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin. Restaurants and shopping facilities, a riding stable as well as bicycle, boat and beach chair hire are also located in the village, not far from the B111 spa road.
