'Staff were friendly, the WiFi was good, the power shower was nice (when there was hot water) and, best of all, the only bar in town is just across the street. But the room needed a good clean, there was no bottled water or toilet paper and Silent Valley is far from silent. Bring earplugs.'

'Nice Property amidst Greens. Large open area filled with plants and trees. Continental food is 5 Star. Staff is very courteous. Laundry service is too fast and upto the mark. A bit to improve regarding food taste and buffet variety served. Thank you Management to give us a free upgrade to Suite Room.'

'Unprofessional behavior from manager who cancled our booking at the last moment sighting a heavy rish and nonreceipt of confirmation email from expedia. Later he made a saperate deal asking me to cancel expedia booking and book it directly.'

'We stayed at Monsoon Grande in Dec 2019. The view of the tea plantation from the room was wonderful, but it's far away from most place without private transportation. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was clean. But the couch and sofa had stay and there was mildew in the shower and there was a very humid smell in the room in general. It's really humid up there and the room didn't seem ventilated enough. There were ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, but no AC. The staff was...

'Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. '
