Holiday home with a terrace, right by the lake

One of the most beautiful corners of northern Poland - the village of Klępnica, located among forests and lakes. Right on the shore of the lake, in a quiet zone, ideal for relaxation. For those who like active recreation, it is a great base for trips. The wooden holiday home is located on a fenced, private property, 30 m from the shore of a clean lake. On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a TV, a fireplace (a starter set of wood is included in the price), a fold-out 2-person sofa and a table with chairs. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms. The equipment includes a washing machine. The view from the covered terrace of the beautiful sunrises is breathtaking. On the terrace there is a set of garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue equipment. The house includes a private fishing and recreation pier on the shore of the lake. There is a ladder, you can swim. The nearest beach is 100 m away. There is a free rowing boat on site (available to guests from 2 neighboring cottages). There is a safe parking lot. The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, resort fee, parking. The beautiful surroundings offer great opportunities for active leisure. Lakes rich in fish and forests full of mushrooms provide many opportunities for outdoor relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many paths among the forests and fields, ideal for cycling. There are also kayaking trips on the Rega River in the area. The popular Baltic health resort of Kołobrzeg is about 50 km away. There is an aqua park in Świdwin, 25 km away. The nearest city (Łobez) is about 12 km away. You can swim and fish in Lake Klępnicko if you have a fishing card (Polish or foreign).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 15 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
