It has an oversized master suite, along with two other bedrooms—this home can sleep up to nine comfortably. Two full baths afford privacy and comfort. Its interior and exterior lends itself perfectly for families, retreats, reunions, corporate get-aways, not to mention bridal parties or baby showers. And for extra large groups, its sister property, the house next door, the Sunday House, may also be utilized.

It's located a stone’s throw from the famous Cooper's and Inman's Barbecue, great local shops, dining, and the Llano River....which has a great walking area and splash pad. Not to mention centrally located to state parks, lakes, and area towns, such as Fredericksburg.
