The house is perfectly located with only a 2 minute walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful West shore Sandy beach.
The spacious entrance hall has stunning large original stained glass windows, original Victorian tiled floor and a sofa at the bottom of the stairs.

Off the entrance hall is an inviting lounge that has 3 beautiful leather Chesterfield sofas and an open fire place, perfect for an evening unwinding after a long day.

On the ground floor there is a large wet room shower area with toilet.

The second reception room is a large open plan kitchen diner with comfy sofas and a dining table that seats 12. The dining table overlooks the courtyard and is positioned by french windows that open and fold back fully.
