De grote tuin met zwembad is perfect om in te ontspannen wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder ligt het op prima afstand van leuke plekken zoals Lucca en Montecarlo. Communicatie met de gastvrouw ging heel gemakkelijk en zij kon ons tips geven over de omgeving en heeft een maaltijd voorbereid voor onze avond van check-in. We zouden...

'Het verblijf was heerlijk. Echt hele aardige eigenaar, Antonio, die zelf long drink glazen is gaan kopen. De website van VRBO zegt dat het ontbijt inclusief is maar sinds corona is Antonio daarmee gestopt. VRBO past dit niet aan op de websitre'

'An incredible stay at Casa Joanna. What a beautiful place in the heart of Tuscany. Only 15 mins from Lucca, 7 from the nearest supermarket. The villa was well equipped for everything you’d need during your stay. The grounds, pool and patio area were a tranquil escape. Couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday with our friends, it felt like a home with real character rather than your standard accommodation. Would love to come back one day…'

'Wij hebben met 6 tieners en 6 volwassenen twee weken in het huis geslapen. Prachtig uitzicht, mooie tuin, heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamers en genoeg badkamers. De kwaliteit van de keuken vonden wij iets minder. De oven werkte niet goed, koelkast sloot niet goed en de vaatwasser ging kapot. Gelukkig is dit laatste snel opgelost. Communicatie met Fiona verliep snel en soepel.'

'Erg mooi verblijf in al zijn facetten. Schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, prachtig verblijf ook met kinderen(16,13,12en 11jaar). Een zeer behulpzame familie (Andrea, Corinna, Jakob). In de omgeving is veel te doen, door de mooie omgeving is een reistijd van 50 min bijvoorbeeld naar het strand absoluut geen probleem. In het dorpje zelf kun je heerlijk eten en in omliggende dorpjes zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. Wij komen er graag nog een keer terug.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed Tenuta Vallegaia. With a family of 8 adults and 7 (grand)children we could not have asked for better facilities. Spacious, room to manoevre, great private pool and playing fields. Where can you find a better private movie theater? The only less than perfect aspect, was that the air conditioning system could not be used, due to Corona measures. Katia and Tiziana were very helpful, even though we did not require much support. 'A beautiful villa with an amazing pool, the villa was clean well equipped, in a good condition, everything you can think off for a great vacation. Communicating with Marco was easy and Marco was always quick in his response. An absolute Highlight was the private dinner by chef Daniella. We would highly recommend to check with Marco about the options for a in-house, private dinning by Daniella. Thanks Marco for a great vacation!!'

'The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍'

'A lot of noise due to a road and the passing trains. Especially at night. Also at the pool you need to pay for the sunbeds. '
