This apartment is located on the first floor of a building with three floors in total.

With 50 square meters of space, it accommodates two people and features one bedroom.



It’s quiet since it overlooks the inner courtyard, and guests can dine outdoors at a table with two chairs, as well as store their bikes there.

We’re just a short walk from the Fortezza Nuova.

Just a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Repubblica; it’s located in the historic Venezia neighborhood, known for its canals.



The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA. Relaxation area with a sofa and dining table. Kitchenette with gas stovetop, refrigerator, moka pot, washing machine, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM. Double bed, two nightstands, open wardrobe, and dresser.

BATHROOM. Bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink; hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Portable fan, unlimited Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Independent heating.

Outdoor area: folding table with two chairs.



There is a loft that is NOT accessible.



Note: Only one welcome kit is provided upon arrival.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

Other things to keep in mind

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is centrally located in the charming Venezia Nuova neighborhood, in the historic center, which owes its name to the small bridges, canals, and squares that characterize it and evoke the typical atmosphere of the “Serenissima.” All the city’s main attractions and those of the historic center are just a few minutes’ walk away, including the Fortezza Nuova, Piazza della Repubblica, the Central Market, and the Quattro Mori monument, the symbol of Livorno. The area offers all necessary amenities, including cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies.
