'Lee and all staff were so wonderful. Rooms clean-great stay'

'Came to the area to evacuate from hurricane Isaias; the front door said that there were no vacancies and that the rooms were booked. I wound up getting a room here on Expedia and the front desk. Girl looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had a reservation. I almost didn’t believe that it went through because she was certain that there were no availabilities they did let me check in early, but the room was nasty. There was garbage still in the trash cans; had a maintenance person, some sort...

'There were a lot of guest hanging out in front of their rooms drinking and going in and out of their vehicles. Looked like most were transient workers. The shower control knob was not screwed in to the valve so you had to hold it on when using it. The continental breakfast was minimal at best.'

'Had noisy neighbours across the hall.lots of road noise in a room facing the front of the hotel.'

'Only one room was left and it was next to the elevators and the ice machine. Just needed a good night sleep but that was difficult with all of the noise coming from activity at the ice machine and elevators. There was a large crowd of very noisy young girls running amok in the evening. Only 1 elevator was operational so, with the large crowds, there was a line forming in the lobby. A very loud noise occurred in the hallway at 4:30am which had to have awakened more than us. Overall impression: ...

'We booked two rooms for our group. One room had a live baby cockroach in the cabinet. In case you don’t know, a baby roach means there’s most likely thousands crawling around the entire building. One of our friends that was with us, is a manager of an apartment complex so she was an expert on what to look for when it comes to pests, mold, debris, etc. The other room, had chip crumbs all over the couch area. There was a used makeup brush left behind, from the previous guests I assume. So it...

'Prima'

'The room was clean and the A/C was nice and cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful.'

'Goed onderhouden en zeer schoon motel! Vriendelijk personeel en veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Absolute aanrader!'

'I had to pay over 14 dollars more than what was stated on the reservation? There is no WiFi and the room was in a dilapidated, dirty state. The towels were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom was very dirty. I simply didn't dare to shower there. This place urgently needs to be renovated and significant work needs to be done on hygiene.'

'So nice and clean and quiet!'

'Very clean! Comfy beds!'

'Next time I am needing motel in Lake City, will plan to stay at this location.'
