'Okay the bed and pillows are not comfortable bathroom was dirty room is a little outdated. Staff is phenomenal !!!! I come here for the beach my son loves it food was good the outside pools are great'

'Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. '
