The hotel being contact free and having a code to get in is super convenient! Reduces the stress of having to get to the hotel at a certain time which was nice for us, when we arrived there was 1 staff member at the bar who was very friendly and gave us directions to our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, there was plenty of shower gel, shampoo etc. Its in a very beautiful and safe area and the hotel itself is very quiet. Its right by the main road so it can be loud at night if the windows are open. The bath plug also didnt work properly so when I was having a bath, the water just drained, but the shower was really nice.

A perfect hotel for a snowman!
"The temperature in my room was 17° and never went above 18° despite my request. So a fan was snoring all night. The shower was cold too. and the light was dim at night. I was afraid of crossing a polar bear! Location is great if you attend an event at Telford International."
