'The old adage that you get what you pay for is true. The room was mostly fine, bed was comfortable. But they really need to replace the carpets. It smelled really musty, and the room in general smelled old and stale. Also, bathtub fixtures need replacing - the bathtub faucet handle cover came off in my hand, and the caulk repair looked like it was glopped on by a blind monkey. They put a lot of lipstick on the pig, but it's obvious that the hotel is old and inadequately renovated. '

'Horific experience. They posted the picture of the lodge and mplied it was walking distance to the "Lodges ~Ski Trails" It is not. It is a dump of a place, across from a industiral site, which is a 50 minute drive from the lodge in the posing. The seller did not like my overly angry compliants; but said it was too bad for me. 'Our family of 8 came to catch the last days of skiing at Snowshoe. We had 3 great days! The property had everything we needed and then some. It was well set up and spacious with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment/condo was super clean. If we ski Snowshoe again we will definitely try to stay here.'
