'Parking was very easy and staff were amazing. Only thing I would comment on is the room we were in was looking a bit tired and was in need of a deep clean a lot of dust in higher up places and the breakfast should have more options.'

'When we got there it turned out it was wrong hotel in grassington it was for the same hotel but in Cheshire. Same photo on advert just different area , staff there said it happens a lot. Very disappointed that this happens on a daily basis. This also happend to two of our friends who stayed here on same day and they ended up paying extra 100.00 for another room . We ended up going home wasn't paying any more than we already did for one night. Highly disappointing that this happens regularly and...

'The rooms are very comfortable, interestingly decorated, and well equipped with plug outlets, etc. Only negative is that meal service ends at 8pm in the restaurant, and road traffic can be a bit loud (if you are sensitive).'
