Een heel goed hotel, reeds eerder hier verbleven, wat wel heel jammer is dat de hoge instap van het bad en de afscherm glas heel onhandig zijn gebleken

15 minuten Check-in tijd is te lang. Geen ontbijt voor 7uur. Bijna alle meubilair op de kamer beschadigd. Rumoerige airco, Tv zonder internationale kanalen, restaurant met erg beperkte kaart. Geen value-for-money. Wel mooie entree en ruime parkeer garage. Gunstig gelegen tov luchthaven.

Het hotel lag dichtbij een winkelcentrum, dichtbij metro en busverbindingen en alles wat je nodig hebt was op loopafstand. Behalve het grote centrum.

Kamer ruikt niet lekker fris, was geen minibar aanwezig, douche wordt met vlagen te heet, bed onwijs hard en lastig in slaap komen met het spoor in de achtertuin. Ontbijt is beperkt in keuze en de koffie moet je links laten liggen.

aangename ontvangst om 11 uur 's avonds
Het hotel heeft stijl, ligt dicht bij de luchthaven, het inchecken gebeurt efficiënt, binnen de tien minuten stonden we met onze koffers op de kamer. Het hotel heeft nette kamers met het nodige comfort. Je kan op dat late uur nog iets drinken in de bar. Het personeel is behulpzaam waar nodig. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel verzorgd, enkel de koffie viel tegen. We konden onze koffers in bewaring geven terwijl we de volgende morgen de omgeving gingen verkennen. Kortom : een aanrader.

uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor Lissabon en omgeving
Keurig hotel met ruim balcon op de grote kamer. Ligging is vlak bij metro station en shoppingcenter Vasco daar Gamma. Diverse restaurant in de nabijheid. 30 tot 40 minuten met metro naar het centrum; de rit kost 1,25 euro.

The ventilation in the bedroom was not working! We reported and staff said to open the windows to get air this went for 2 days! I contacted Expedia and request refund or price adjustment and that did not happened! We were moved to 9th floor and the ventilation was still a problem! We did not get any apology from hotel staff who are very rude!

I loved the window that expanded full length of the outer Wall. I went to step out onto patio but the door would only open 4 inches. Price was over $200 and that did not include breakfast. It was ok for the price they charge.

Artistic and Excellent!
Everything was lovely - the service, the room, the breakfast, the check-in and out, the access to the centre. A very wonderful place and quite reasonably priced.
