This is the place to be in Lissabon
Super hotel en personeel. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Ze stralen plezier uit in hetgeen ze doen en werken efficiënt en goed samen, een genot om te zien. Hotel zelf is gelegen in een monumentaal pand perfect centraal gelegen en heel mooi gerenoveerd. Ontbijt is prima, alles vers (ook smoothies en jus d’orange) en wordt continu bijgevuld. Alle soorten eieren op aanvraag waardoor verspilling minimaal blijft. Echt super, chapeau!

Goed hotel op prima locatie.
Bij aankomst kregen we een warm welkom met een kop koffie en een uitgebreide uitleg over Lissabon en Portugese gebruiken. Op een kaart werden de belangrijkste zaken aangegeven wat mooi was om te bezoeken en de belangrijkste haltes voor openbaar vervoer. Erg Fijn! Erg vriendelijk personeel, mooie en schone kamer, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Very friendly staff. Personal welcome at first day and helpfull at all times. Very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Our compliments to housekeeping. Uitstekend hotel met ligging in centrum .
beste hotel ooit die we gehad hebben. Zeer familiaal met direct een thuis gevoel. Hadden superiore kamer geboekt en kregen update naar suite. Dirct in centrum mooie en hygienisch kamers . Ontbijt lekker met eitje die a la minute gemaakt wordt. TOPPIE bedankt voor de leuke ervaring. En zelfs beetje nederlands kunnen spreken prachtig

Een schat heen we ontdekt in hartje Lissabon.
Wat een ontdekking, een arm welkom, hartelijk personeel dat altijd voor de gasten klaar staat, schone kamers, een lekker ontbijt, we hadden ons geen betere plek kunnen wensen!

Super hotel in het centrum van Lissabon
Tesouro da Baixa by Shiadu is perfect gelegen in het centrum van Lissabon. Ruime, schone kamers. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die altijd voor je klaar staan en alle vragen beantwoorden. Bij aankomst in het hotel wordt er ruim de tijd genomen om alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Lissabon aan te geven. Metro is direct om de hoek van het hotel.

Dichtbij de Metro, 40 minuten verwijderd vanaf de luchthaven. Royale kamers met uitstekende bedden en modern sanitair. Personeel altijd bereid om te helpen en 24-uur bereikbaar. Locatie geschikt voor bezoeken van populaire wijken.

Mooi hotel in het centrum van de stad
Mooi, hedendaags hotel in het bruisend centrum van de stad. Taxi, metro, bus en trein op wandelafstand ! Kamers zijn ruim en net. Het personeel weet veel van de stad en doet veel moeite om je een aangenaam verblijf te schenken.

The hotel is close to many restaurants and also some of the tourist sites. The staff were very welcoming with a half liter of complimentary wine and a free drink coupon. The free breakfast was excellent to start off the morning.

The staff was so friendly and nice. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Everywhere I wanted to go was within a 20 minute walk. I would’ve loved to stay longer. If I were back in Lisbon, I would absolutely book with them again.

Great location, walking distance to lots places Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Too bad there is no laundry machines on the site, the closest laundromat costs a lot, it costed me 8.5 euros to wash a small load and 5.5 euros to dry the load and couldn’t get totally dried.

My experience at Tesouro da Baixa by Shiadu in Lisbon was incredibly disappointing. Despite Expedia listing it as a "4 Stars Hotel" with corresponding prices, it turned out to be more of a hostel for backpackers. Unlike other hotels in Lisbon that required to display the star ratings, there was no such sign here. Safety was a concern throughout my stay; there was no lobby or security presence. Instead, there were a shoe store at the entrance, and anyone could enter the building and take the elevator to the rooms. There's no inside lock on the room doors. I had to placing a chair inside the room to block the door. The service was also lacking. Upon check-in, despite two employees being present, one was busy selling tour tickets and the other asked us to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, we had to ask the employee playing with their phone to check us in. Also, seeing a tip basket at the desk of a supposed 4-star hotel was surprising & unprofessional. During 3-night stay, our room card stopped working every night, need to find an employee to reactivate it. Wasted a lot of our time. The room itself was rundown, with a tiny TV and outdated facilities. The soundproofing was BAD. I woke up every night by hearing people walking on the stairs and talking loudly. I could even hear someone snoring in the room next door, which made it hard to sleep. Advertised in Expedia as a 4-star hotel, misleading potential guests. Felt my money was wasted. I would never recommend to anyone.

Very helpful staff 24/7. Very nice breakfast with a great variety of goods. Fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh baked goods, meat cheeses eggs, and fresh squeezed juices. Our room was spacious and clean. The AC worked. The entrance between the shoe stores was a non issue. For light sleepers it could be noisy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very service oriented and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Our room was on the top floor (attic with stairs converted to room space) with vaulted ceilings and wood floors with city and water view, large, with a sitting area, modern and clean, large bathroom. The hotel and rooms has a very "hip and retro" vibe to it, old building with antique and modern decorations, very boheme feeling which matches the city of Lisbon. It's not your typical hotel where you would go to stay if it was a business trip. My wife and I liked it but I can understand some people might not since it has a hostel vibe to it with open lobby floor space. The hotel side entrance is shared with the rest of the building. The building is not all one hotel property, floors 2 thru 6 are the hotel which has the advantage of being quiet. To gain access to the building they buz you in (24hrs) or with your room key which takes you to your room floor or if you choose to go to the reception (at floor 2), a lobby, small bar and tables for breakfast, 24 hrs. coffee or tee. This is all one open space floor area (common area which gives the hostel vibe). I could easily stay there again, I liked it.

Pictures are deceiving of reality. It is more like a hostel than a hotel. Expensive for its accommodation. Foul smell of sewage in the toilets. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The first night accommodation was in a bare room and shower door would not close and the supposed living room had one person sofa only. We had to request to be upgraded and we were just lucky to get a better room but the washroom smelled of raw sewage the whole time despite having the fan on 24 hrs. Location was good so was the breakfast. Coffee machine was available all the time which was a plus. Bruna and Clara were wonderful. All the staff were attentive.

Wer einen Glaspalast erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Nach außen ist das Gebäude absolut nicht repräsentativ, aber innen ist es eine liebevoll eingrichtete Oase. Wer sich echte Gastfreundschaft wünscht, wird hier glücklich. – Super zentrale LAGE. – Schönes und komfortables ZIMMER und BAD. – Liebevoll zubereitetes, tolles FRÜHSTÜCKsbuffet. – Das beste aber: das PERSONAL. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, spürbar guter Teamspirit. Sich wohlfühlen fällt hier wirklich leicht. - Wer eine gute Zeit haben und sich in einer fremden Stadt zuhause fühlen will, ist hier richtig.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt 👌👌👌👌
unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Team, super Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer gross, hoch, doppelt verglaste Fenster, daher auch kein Lärm, Bequeme Betten. Man kann dieses Guesthouse wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Sauber und man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt.
