Heel plezierig verblijf
Goed hotel, prettig gelegen aardig personeel, netjes schoon. Gelegen in het centrum aan zee. Leuk stadje, kleine winkeltjes en veel keuze in restaurants. Mooie omgeving. Sintra is een aanrader. Lissabon gemakkelijk te bereiken met de trein, station een paar minuten lopen van het hotel.

Zeer gehorig hotel
Ken Cascais erg goed ( ben er al vaker geweest ) ligging van dit hotel erg centraal en erg mooi ( dit was nu ook reden van keuze ) Echter zeer gehorig hotel, echt een groot minpunt van dit toch wel redelijk duur hotel in Cascais. Er zijn in deze prijsklasse veel betere hotels, ontbijtbuffet was helaas ook elke dag hetzelfde ( andere hotels bieden meer variatie aan ) Geen hotel voor goede nachtrust, erg jammer

Mooi hotel met goede bedden en ruim van opzet
Hotel baia is centraal gelegen. Goede kamers, goed ontbijt, parkeermogelijkheid.

Book a room with a seaview: the sun will wake you
The seaview is the best asset of the room. The beds are nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated but the towels nice and clean. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits and an english breakfast available. Having view over the harbour with it is a great way to start a sunny day. The deck on top of the terras is great to catch some private sun. Helpfull and kind personel. Nice to have the garage under the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay of 5 days and will return for sure.

We booked an ocean view room with a balcony at this modern, convenient hotel in the heart of Cascais. The staff was friendly and charming, especially when we attempted to speak fully in Portuguese. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. Parking was free and easy in the underground parking beneath the hotel. There are restaurants and shops galore in the area surrounding the hotel as well as a pedestrian walkway along the shoreline for miles walking opportunities. The icing on the cake was the superb free and bountiful breakfast. Our stay at Hotel Baia was perfect for a day on the Portuguese coastline.

Beautiful views from the front of the property and lovely rooftop pool area. We enjoyed a great selection from the breafast buffet and evening restaurant was great, food and service was excellent. Our room had a balcony, which was welcome. Facilities in the room were up to date, worked well and was very comfortable

First time to portugal. I will be back to this exact hotel, it was perfect. I did not need to leave a square mile radius of the hotel, it had everything, foods, shopping, walking, bars, tours, and the beach. Such a perfect location.

Love the central location walkable to the seafront, and many dining options nearby. Clean room and good breakfast spread. Staff at reception and in breakfast area were friendly and efficient. Recommended to stay!

Loved this property! Right on the boardwalk. In the hustle and bustle of everything. The beach is across the street. Easily walkable to loads of restaurants. The view from our 4th floor balcony was amazing! Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Loads of patio seating for a coffee or a night cap. Hope to stay again sometime!

Needs improvement Overall the communal areas , reception bar etc were very nice and well kept. I was not very impressed with the hallway on floor 1, there were many stains on the floor carpet and an odd smell. The room was very clean but very hot considering it was February and there was no way of turning the air con on. We had to sleep with the door open and because of the position of the hotel it’s quite noisy. They need to do something about the mattresses as the bed was overly hard/firm too and was not comfortable. Bathroom needs addressing as there is black mood behind the sink mirror. Rooftop bar not open, assuming as it was out of season but was abit disappointing. All the staff members we encountered were nice ,especially reception. Would we consider staying again? maybe because of the location and price but would probably upgrade the room. The view from the balcony is great

A wonderful location on the seafront and in the old part of town. Everything felt within easy walking distance. We loved the balcony overlooking the sea. A good buffet breakfast and a good size room.

No geral o hotel é agradável, excelente localização mas com muito barulho noturno de uma bar nos quartos virados para a cidade e o elevador também faz um barulho terrível ao fechar as portas.

Stayed in Feb. a lot of problems. Got to the room, the temperature is 27 degree Celsius, of course AC is off for the season and no way to cool the room unless opening the window. Facing the street and all night there was loud music from the pub downstairs. Worst of all, the “new” WiFi they put in for higher floors doesn’t work. It kept drop the connection every 1-2 minutes. You pretty much can’t use the internet unless you go to the lobby to use a different WiFi. Bathroom is old and all the towels are old and worn out. Yes the location is great, right next to the marina, but the experience is poor to say the least.

Auf den ersten Blick okay ...
... auf den zweiten schon nicht mehr ganz so… Der Preis schien anfangs günstig - am Ende für die Leistung gerade noch okay. - Das beste war die LAGE: im Zentrum UND gleichzeitig am Strand, und viele, auch gute Restaurants (Besonders zu empfehlen: „A Nova Estrela“) in drumherum. Ansonsten wenig berauschend. Zustand eigentlich ziemlich abgerockt - auch wenn man mir beim Check-In sagte, ich hätte eines von den neusten Zimmern. Was mir nicht aufgefallen wäre. - SAUBERKEIT hat nicht überzeugt. Auch nicht das FRÜHSTÜCK, v.a. nicht hinsichtlich der Qualität der (meisten) Speisen. Die Auswahl und Präsentation aber war okay. - Öffentliche Tiefgarage direkt unterm Hotel.
