The House LXboavista has three bedrooms at your disposal. It also provides a living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV 43 ", a fully equipped kitchen, which has a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, electric jug and toaster, a dining room / living room, one bathroom.
The house has WiFi available for the guests.

Located in the heart of old Lisbon neighborhood Bica / Santa Catarina / Sao Paulo
Trendy stores, monuments, places of interest and other trendy neighborhood such as Baixa-Chiado (Downtown) 1 km, Bairro Alto 700 m, Madragoa 200 m, Cais Sodré 600 m.
The Boavista and Cais Sodré area, on the bank of the river Tagus, is one of the trendiest places, when it comes to design in Lisbon, with plenty of contemporary decor boutiques, galleries and some of the coolest restaurants.

Perfect for touring historic Lisbon

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location that places it around many restaurants, tour stops and accessabilty to other sights in Lisbon. We had a great stay!

Great stay, amazing location

We're three friends and former housemates going on holiday to eat delicious food, and see the sights. The flat was perfectly situated to get to amazing food, drinks, and only a short walk to pick up the 28 tram, and the ferry to Almada. Strong recommend on Hello, Kristof for breakfast around the corner. Great coffee and breakfast - 3 min walk. The flat was well appointed and also remarkably quiet at night, even on a weekend. Things to note if your group comprises couples/young kids: The double bedroom off the living room doesn't have a full door on one side, just a curtain, but that was so issue with it just being friends. Also, the single bedroom off the living area also shares a wall with the adjoining flat's bedroom. We were woken by some fairly loud nocturnal activities in that room, so I wouldn't recommend putting kids in there. But overall, a super stay and a wonderful host! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Gracious Host

Nuno was was very helpful and communicative with us, always answering our texts and emails. He met us at checkin and answered all our questions. There are many basic food items like coffee, tea, salt, etc. in the kitchen. The apartment was hard to find the first time-it’s up a stairway next to Rhodo Bagels- and it’s on the third floor with no elevator. The apartment was okay, but it looks better in the picture than it actually is.

Pictures shared online don’t show the exact condition of the property. The apartment is on second floor. The building is not well maintained. There is no elevator or AC. Paint is peeling and the steps are not safe. Host is very polite and friendly but the actual condition is big let down. Not worth the money charged. We had paid extra as they charged extra for additional guest. We were 4 adults in a 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6. Why charge extra? There was no response from Expedia, Vbro or host. Not a good experience.

Amazing location, comfy flat

This flat easily accommodated 3 adults needing separate bedrooms. The beds were all comfortable and the flat was clean. The layout is like a railroad flat with the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom off of a long hallway, with the main room and one bedroom in the front. Really this place is about the location! You are central to a ton of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, can easily walk to Commerce Square, Time Out Market, Pink Street, and not too far from Alfama. It's in a more touristy part of town so if you're looking to be in a more traditional Portuguese neighborhood, this may not be the one for you.

Tolles Viertel mit Hippen Kneipen. Allerdings in einer sich stark veränderten Umgebung. Das halbe Viertel wird gerade abgerissen und gentrifiziert. Muss man mögen.

If you are looking to stay at a great apartment in the ideal location look no further. The hosts are so communicative and easy to deal with. Location is perfect to see the sights and eat a delicious meal for every meal! The apartment it’s self is fully ready for your stay. Clean and comfy.

Sehr saubere, helle und günstig gelegene Wohnung

Wir hatten im März für 9 Tage diese Whg gebucht. Der Vermieter Nuno hat bereits vor der Anreise Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von ihm empfangen. Die Beschreibung trifft genau auf die Whg zu. Wir haben sie extrem sauber vorgefunden. Sie hat in den Wohnräumen einen sehr schönen alten Holz-Dielenboden. Die Einrichtung ist ein Mix aus wenigen alten,schönen Möbelstücken und einer zeitgemäßen modernen und neuwertigen Einrichtung. Die Matraze war für uns sehr konfortabel (Wirbelsäulenunterstützend). Mobiler Elektroradiator vorh. Die Wohnung ist für Großstadtverhältnisse sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster (moderne Kunststofffenster) hört man von der nahe gelegenen rua Boavista gar nichts. Bei geöffnetem Fenster nur wenig, da das Haus zurück gesetzt in einer kleinen Sackgasse (Beco da Boavista/Stufen!) liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 100 -200m) befinden sich div. Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken. Bspw. Comoba, das Baobá und das Food HealthyOrganic.Alle sehr gut. Im letzteren kann man auch "gesund einkaufen". Daneben ein Minisupermarket für die erste Versorgung mit Lebensmittel oder Trinkwasser. Für das erste Abendessen können wir das Planto(schräg gegenüber der Whg) empfehlen oder den Timeoutmarket (300m). Vor dem Haus Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Laufen bspw bis Alfama 25 Min. Oder Bolt App nutzen!!! Wir würden wiederkommen!

Great overall choice

This apartment had everything we needed. It was large enough to provide each of us with plenty of space and our own bedrooms. It has older charm and feels very cozy. It was clean and outfitted with all the necessities. Nuno was very nice and had lots of recommendations for local eateries and sights. There was a lot of pressure to give an exact time for check in, as it is in person, which was difficult for us as we didn't know our exact itinerary. A self check in would have been much more convenient and less stressful for both parties. Overall however, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Great location and apartment

This apartment was everything we expected it to be and the hosts were very patient with our late check in due to delayed flights, and very communicative and quick to respond. It was quite hot but there’s a fan for each bedroom. We used the washer and there’s a rack for drying clothes. A lot of great restaurants nearby (Neighborhood, The Mill, Fruit Chop) and really in the heart of the city. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Great place with homey feel!

We loved our stay here. The place felt very homey, the internet was pretty good but would sometimes cut out in the middle of the day (I think this may be an area issue and not an issue with the apartment). The location is close to everything. Only thing I didn't like is I found it could of been a little bit more clean (ie. found leftover hair in the shower and the kitchen sink didn't drain).

Attentive host & bright flat with personality

We really enjoyed the flat. The host was very attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The flat is charming and has personality. Feels like a home. It’s surprisingly quiet considering that Rua Boa Vista is down the steps. We couldn’t hear the traffic. I would stay again

Au coeur de LISBONNE

Un bel appartement en parquet niché dans une ruelle tranquille . Tout en longueur mais bien agencé et décoré il permet un agréable séjour en petit comité et idéalement situé près de la GARE et de BAIRRO ALTO . Témoin du LISBONNE contemporain et authentique , il est recommendable pour un séjour pour 3 ou 4 Personnes . NINO MIGUEL est une personne enthousiaste affable et totalement serviable et bienveillant . SUPER !!!!

Appartement bien situé à 10minutes de la gare de Cais do sole !

Le propriétaire nous a bien accueillis et est très sympathique. Il nous a fourni de précieuses informations touristiques. Une chambre pour 2 personnes, 2 chambres pour 1 personne et un canapé lit dans le salon pour 2 personnes. La cuisine est un peu petite pour le petit déjeuner: table pour 4 personnes maximum. le WC et salle de bain non séparés ce qui pose problème quand on est 5 ! Bons couchages, appartement bien équipé avec une bonne machine à café. merci à Miguel
