Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax while enjoying the natural light and Lisbon breeze that enters through the balcony doors.

The modern kitchen, highlighted by its sophisticated cabinets in pastel green tones, is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, this functional space features a hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, among other appliances to make your daily life easier.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated with neutral and serene tones, equipped with a double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep, a spacious wardrobe to comfortably store your belongings, and air conditioning so you can rest at the perfect temperature. Like the living room, the bedroom enjoys excellent natural light and access to a balcony with views over the picturesque cobbled street.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the apartment is on the 1st floor and access is via stairs. Additionally, as it is located in the heart of Lisbon's historic area, the path to the building is exclusively pedestrian.

Located in the pulsating heart of Alfama, Lisbon's oldest and most authentic neighbourhood. The energy in this area is a true journey through time: let yourself be enveloped by the labyrinth of narrow alleyways, facades decorated with traditional azulejos, laundry hanging from flower-lined windows and the nostalgic sound of Fado echoing from typical tascas as night falls. It is a traditional, romantic neighbourhood full of soul, where true Lisbon tradition remains alive and where every corner tells a story.

Its proximity to the centre and main attractions is simply fantastic. Just a few steps away, you will be treated to the most stunning views of the city and the Tagus River from the famous viewpoints of Santa Luzia and Portas do Sol. On a short and scenic walk, you can explore the imposing Lisbon Cathedral and the majestic Castelo de São Jorge. Walking down the alleyways towards the river, you will quickly reach the monumental Praça do Comércio and the bustling Baixa Pombalina area, allowing you to discover all the magic of the historic city centre on foot.

In addition to being the perfect base to experience the essence of the capital, this location is a strategically excellent base for exploring the entire region. Being very close to Santa Apolónia Station and the Terreiro do Paço transport hub (metro and boats), you will have the city's mobility network at your disposal. From the nearby Rossio or Cais do Sodré stations, you can easily board a direct train to discover the fairytale palaces in the romantic village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or enjoy the sun on the beautiful beaches of Cascais and Estoril. Taking the bus or the iconic tram 15, you will also quickly reach the monumental Belém area (birthplace of the Torre de Belém and the famous pastéis). It is the ideal base that combines tradition, culture, beauty and convenience in a single stay!

The apartment is located in the historic area of Lisbon, accessible only on foot for 50 metres, the rest of the journey is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Terreiro do Paço, is just a 10-minute walk away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in to the apartment (from 15:00).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of €200 minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when available, lost keys or door-opening service during your stay).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
