This cosy and charming apartment, designed to offer maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and its attractions.

Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a bright open-plan living area. The living room, with its contemporary décor, is equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a large TV, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise after a day of exploring the city.

The elegant kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the essential crockery and utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, oven and fridge to help with your daily needs. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated, providing a serene environment to rest. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and practical wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organised. The second bedroom is a spacious suite, with an inviting double bed, TV and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.

All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the apartment entrance opens directly onto the street (ground floor). As such, you may experience some street noise during your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

This accommodation places you on one of Lisbon's most sought-after and central axes. The energy of this neighbourhood is absolutely fantastic: it offers the residential tranquillity of a typical Lisbon street, while being just steps away from the majestic and cosmopolitan Avenida da Liberdade and the vibrant Príncipe Real quarter. It is an area where luxury meets authenticity, surrounded by centuries-old trees, traditional kiosks, fine-dining restaurants, theatres and international brand boutiques.

From this privileged location, you can forget about the car, as the Historic Centre and the most iconic attractions of the capital are within a short and pleasant walk. In no time, you can stroll down the avenue to the charismatic Baixa and Chiado neighbourhoods, walk through the grand Praça do Comércio by the river, or marvel at the panoramic views from the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. If you are looking for nightlife and bohemian culture, the famous streets of Bairro Alto are also just a short walk away.

As well as being the perfect urban retreat, the proximity to excellent public transport (such as the iconic Rossio Train Station) makes this address an unbeatable strategic base for exploring the neighbouring tourist treasures. On a direct and picturesque train journey of around 40 minutes, you can immerse yourself in the fairytale scenery of the village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), celebrated for its romantic palaces and mystical forests. Equally easy is access to the wonderful village of Cascais, where you can relax on its golden sandy beaches and enjoy the authentic Portuguese coastal charm.

The nearest metro station is Avenida (Yellow and Blue Lines), just a few minutes' walk away. From here, you have a direct connection to the whole city, including Humberto Delgado Airport (Red Line, via Alameda).

The area also has several Carris bus stops nearby, with frequent connections to the historic centre, Belém and other areas of the city.

Humberto Delgado International Airport is approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car or metro (with a transfer). Taxis and ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt are widely available.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
