4 storey villa with 4 bathrooms. Fully equipped and with WIFI system, can accommodate 8 people. 3 couples + 2 people: 3 in double beds and 2 in single beds, or 5 people in single beds. All rooms are en suite and include bed linen and bath and face towels. Rooms with lots of sunlight and large areas, living room with dining area for 8 people. A service bathroom on the same floor. It has 2 outdoor leisure spaces where you can be quietly enjoying the conviviality and the sunset, and a wonderful sea view. Located in a quiet and private residential area, very close to the privileged Praia do Sul and Foz do Lizandro Beach. Close to a bread shop, a butcher and a small supermarket. 5 minutes from the center of Ericeira fishing village, where you will find all kinds of traditional shops as well as great restaurants, bars and lots of street entertainment.
Possibility to hire small activities like surf lessons, e-bikes, tours or TRANSFER from and to the airport.
Portugal area with many places to visit: Nazare, Peniche, Mafra, Sintra, Cascais, Lisbon, etc.

The villa accommodates 8 people through 3 Suites (2 located on the 1st floor and 1 located on the 2nd floor):
2 bedrooms on the first floor with double bed; 1 bedroom on 2nd floor with double bed and two single beds.

On floor 0: Living room with fireplace, balcony and sea view, in common with a dining room with seating for 8 people; fully equipped kitchen with plenty of outside light, and a service bathroom. On the -1 floor: large lounge, and a space where you can also enjoy outdoor dining, with a barbecue area, and also with total privacy.


Excellent villa w / ocean view, located 5 minutes from South and Foz do Lizandro beaches, the center of the quaint Ericeira Village, with great restaurants and shopping.

This four-story house is located in a quiet residential area. It has three spacious suites (2 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor,) the master suites has a balcony with ocean view. On the 1st floor we have the living room w / fire place and a balcony with ocean view, perfect to enjoy the sunset, dining room accommodating 8 with an expandable table, a half bath and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster & coffee machine), the lower level floor is a very spacious recreational area with a table for 8, sliding doors to access a private out door area, perfect for BBQ (built-in charcoal grill) . This lovely house also offers free WIFI and Cable TV.

Perfect, ruim, goede ligging
Mooi en ruim huis op een prima locatie. Surf en vissersdorp Ericeira is erg leuk. Het huis is perfect, koel en goed ingericht. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig. Aan beide zijden zijn zitjes, dus je kunt altijd een plekje in zon of schaduw vinden. De zonsondergang is superb. Lissabon is 35 minuten rijden. In de omgeving volop te doen en te zien. Paolo is vriendelijk, loyaal en erg hartelijk. Er stond een welkomspakket met Portugese hapjes en fruit voor ons klaar. Paolo verhuurt in zijn winkel e-bikes, surfplanken en wetsuits. Top vakantie gehad met de kids.

Prima woning, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Net buiten het dorp op loopafstand. De wijk oogt wat saai maar de woning is ruim en goed ingericht. Uitzicht op zee en zowel zee als dorp zijn op loopafstand. Eigenaar Paulo is gemoedelijk en klantvriendelijk. Hij heeft onze surflessen geregeld.

Een groot huis met alles wat je nodig hebt.
Dit vakantiehuis was heerlijk voor ons gezin met 4 personen. Meer dan genoeg ruimte, alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals een barbecue buiten voor warme avonden en een kacheltje binnen voor de koude avonden. Het weer was wisselvallig, maar de plek is super. Ook het dorp Ericeira is heel sfeervol en de moeite waard om te bezoeken met veel leuke restaurants en cafés. Een fijne mengeling van traditionele vissers en coole surf dudes. En natuurlijk zijn we in Lissabon geweest, zelfs 3 keer. Ook Obidos, Cascais en Sintra zijn aanraders. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

La casa es preciosa , acogedora, limpia, llena de detalles y con todas la comodidades que se pueda necesitar, Paulo has ido un anfitrión excelente desde el principio nos atendió con muchas cortesia y súper disponibilidad durante toda nuestra estancia, nos recibió con una bienvenida de todos productos locales del Pueblo muy sabrosos, cualquier consejo o duda que teníamos siempre estaba ahí para ayudarnos. Eres una gran persona Paulo. En fin si tendríamos que dar una puntuación sin duda Es 10 estrellas!!!!! Volveremos sin Falta !!!!

The best stay of our trip!
Paulo is a great person and was very helpful , giving us all the information about things to do in the area. The location is just perfect. A vibrant village, with character and the house is located in a quiet part of it, close to the beach. The house is super comfortable and beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, rooms and social area spacious and very well decorated. I can't think of a better place to stay

A home away from home
We were in Ericiera for a family wedding and we really couldn't have found a better house to stay in. We had 6 adults and 2 children and it still could have taken another 4 people easily. Paulo was a fantastic host who was there when we arrived early. He had a lovely welcome presentation for us,, and he was such a gentleman to deal with. The house is just a few minutes walk from the nearest beach and about 10 minutes from Ericiera town centre. My family have all agreed that we will return because we had such a relaxing holiday in Paulo's house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Villa Marquinhos for a family holiday rental. It was everything we needed and a great place to stay.

Eine super Unterkunft an einem wunderschönen Küstenort
Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir wurden super herzlich von Paulo begrüßt und mit einem tollen Präsentkorb und einer gefüllten Obstschale empfangen. Innen wie außen war alles blitzsauber. Die Villa Marquinos ist sehr geräumig, wunderschön und stimmig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, alles funktioniert, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es wurden ausreichend Handtücher gestellt. Es gab außerdem Sonnenschirme, Bälle und Sandsachen, die man kostenfrei nutzen konnte. Perfekt für Familien, die per Flugzeug anreisen und nicht unbegrenzt einpacken können. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt innen wie außen Waescheleinen zum Trocknen der Strandsachen. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Balkone, zwei davon mit Platz zum Sitzen und Meerblick. Wir haben uns einfach nur rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Ericeira ist urgemütlich und die Menschen dort sind freundlich und sehr kinderlieb, vier tolle Strände in der Nähe, zwei davon absolut auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Der Busbahnhof im Zentrum ist spitze organisiert und man kann Mafra, Sintra und Lissabon gut und preiswert erreichen. Es gibt viele schöne Lokalitäten wo man gemütlich essen kann, tolle Surf und Souvenirläden und zahlreiche Bäckereien und Eiscafes mit portugisischem Gebäck. Im Zentrum gibt es Lidl, Aldi und Continente wo man alles lebensnotwendige bekommt. Ganz in der Nähe (3 Min. zu Fuß ) gibt es einen Bäcker wo man morgens frische Brötchen und Brot bekommt ohne dafür ins Zentrum zu müssen. Kurzum... wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, den wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben und sind begeistert von der Westkueste mit dem rauen Atlantik und sagen herzlichen Dank Paulo für alles.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Schöne geräumige Zimmer, Platz für 8 Personen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen leckeren Korb mit Obst, selbstgemachter Marmelade, Käse, Wein und Kuchen Paulo ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Immer erreichbar und hilft in allen Situationen. Er hat auch einen kleinen Laden. Dort kann man E-bikes mieten, Surfboards und Neoprenanzüge leihen und organisierte Mountainbiketouren buchen. Wir hatten jede Menge Spaß mit den Ebikes und die Mountainbiketour war toll organisiert. Die Strände sind wunderschön und einer ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Bus kann man in 45 min Lissabon erreichen. Ericeira ist ein traumhafter kleiner Ort mit netten Cafes und guten Restaurants. Coole kleine Boutiquen und Surferläden. In der Nähe ist auch eine cooler Skatepark. Mafra und Sintra sind auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Ericeira und werden dann die Villa erneut bei Paulo mieten

Lovely property well furnished with 3 balconies and 2 terraced. Great kitchen and cooking facilities. Could sleep 10 people. Only downside there is no sun loungers. Paulo gives great discounts for surfboards and wetsuits which we made regular use of.

La propriété se situe à proximité de la plage et un trentaine de km de Lisbonne est à une 20 eme de km, des châteaux de Péna est de ses jardins. Mafra et ses édifices se trouvent à 10km. La station est un spot de surf mondialement connu avec de nombreux restaurants. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute. UN panier de fruits et des produits nous attendent à notre arrivée.

Paulo was an incredible host, very friendly and helpful. He meet us at the house and gave us a run down on all important info on the house and the area. I was especially impressed with the welcome treats he had for us, a huge fruit bowl and lovely Easter breads and really tasty jam made by his mother, also chocolates and juice. As a mother with a small toddler I have always been disappointed with the cots made up for my child to sleep in but Paulo had a really sweet and comfortable cot prepared, it makes a huge difference to see a special effort made for them too!!. We had all we needed in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Ericeira is amazing and the older boys availed of the surf alot while we and younger kids had great fun body boarding when the waves were not too crazy!!! The house was lovely, clean and comfortable and would consider going back if we wanted a surf holiday again.

Perfect place
The house have 4 stage, 5 rooms and grilling area. Parking is on the street. The balconies with view to the ocean is in one sleeping room and the living room. In each sleeping room is bathroom and toilet. All rooms and baths and kitchen are very comfortable, clean and nice. The kitchen also is for cooking that you want. All equipment is there - pans, pots, washing machines. Really we enjoid this place. On the village are different large shops, where is possible buy meat, fish etc. Some hundred metres far is the butchery, where can buy fresh meat - pork, veal, chicken and handmade sausages. Paulo, the owner, is also very nice and friendly. If you need quiet, comfortable and good place for normal price - I recommend this place!

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour, avec les nombreux avantages liés à la basse saison. Petit village de pêcheurs, spot de surf mondialement connu, cette petite station balnéaire a su garder son authenticité et son charme d'antan. L'habitation est confortable, décorée avec soin et son propriétaire a le goût du détail. Sa gentillesse et son sens de l'hospitalité n'ont d'égal que la réputation octroyée au peuple portugais.

Our stay at Paulo’s villa was awesome!! Isabell (Paulo’s Mom) prepared several traditional Portuguese meals for us that made us feel we’d been part of Portuguese culture and family life. Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub ist diesem tollen Haus erlebt. Herr Farinha hat uns zur Ankunft einen tollen Korb mit portugisischen Köstlichkeiten hingestellt (u.a. selbstgemachte Marmelade). Herr Farinha war für jede unserer Fragen erreichbar und super nett. Der einzige nachteilige Punkt war, die kläffenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber das hat das Haus und die Umgebung wettgemacht.

Deixou-nos um mimo na cozinha, umas frutas e um tabuleiro com um queijo , doce, enchidos e tostas, muito simpático da sua parte.. A casa é fantástica, muito grande, vista lindíssima para o mar.. quartos amplos com muita luz, a sala e a cozinha tinha tudo que necessitava-mos , parecia que estava-mos em nossa casa, não faltava nada.. Melhor era impossível.. Numa próxima visita a Ericeira ficaremos nesta casa com toda a certeza.. Obrigado Srº Paulo..

Great house near wonderful beaches!!
We rented this property for 5 nights for a family trip to Portugal, there were 6 of us including grandparents and our kids (10 and 13 years old). The house was wonderful. It was spacious, immaculately clean and had every immenity we needed. It looked exactly like pictures on the website. We rented this house because it was very close to many great beaches (closest is a 10 minute walk to Praia do Sul) and great for doing day trips to the surrounding areas like Sintra to the south and Peniche, Nazaré and Obidos to the north. Having the kids with us it was important to be able to balance days of experiencing culture with beach days. The house is located in a typical neighbourhood and within a 5 minute walk is a butcher, a mini Mercado and a bakery where they make “the best bread” according to many locals we met in Lisbon, it was amazing. It is a 15 minute walk into the charming surf town of Ericeira which had great cafes and bars. There was also a large Continente grocery store in the town for easily stocking all of our groceries and wine. Lots of surfing and surf schools in the area as there are great waves for surfing everywhere. For swimming Praia do Sul does have an oceanic pool at low tide but it was to shallow for our kids but great for toddlers. Our kids really enjoyed Praia do Pescadores right in Ericeira where they have constructed a small sea wall to allow for small fishing boats to get in and out of the water which means no waves!!! We spent a great day at the beach and it was only a few minutes drive from the house. Paulo is such a great host!! He was there to meet us when we arrived, easily accessible throughout our stay to help out and ensure we had everything we needed. There was a great fruit tray and welcome basket with a jar of his mother’s pumpkin jam and other local items such as wine, sardines and chorizo. You can see he takes a lot of time and pride in making sure your stay is wonderful. We enjoyed many home cooked meals and sunset wine and cocktails overlooking the ocean from the balcony. Outside of the cultural areas some beaches to explore are Praia do Pescadores, Ribeira de Ilhas and Foz do Lizandro. Restaurants: Jancada, just at the bottom of the hill is great for a sunset cocktail if you don’t want to make your own. Pizza Mobile was also great for a sunset dinner. With such a great house in an ideal location it makes it easy to explore the area. Thank you Paulo.
