- The neighbors appreciate the quiet as much as our guests do. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.

- Accidents happen, but please try to avoid them. If you can't and something happens to the apartment or any of its decorative elements, make sure I am the first to know so I can find a solution immediately.

- Please do not bring pets into the apartment.

- Respect the check in time (3 pm) and check out time (12 noon). If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please let me know as much in advance as possible.
