So sad, quality went down to the basement
Worst service ever. Customers are unimportant for them. Well customer satisfaction. I made a reservation for an executive room so I would have a calm relaxing breakfast, a place to work and a 5star service. However, when I arrived they told me the executive floor was closed. They gave me some vouchers that where more a way to upsell than a real excuse. There was no place to work as all the places downstairs are just coaches and to low tables, in the morning there was no personalized services and the calm atmosphere was gone. Also the room service took more than 1,5 h to deliver except for the Last night. However when I arrived at 19h the room was not cleaned bed was not made. Also before whence had executive room we had a view on the city . Now my room was located at the back of the hotel. To conclude: I paid for an executive room but did not receive the service, airconditioning was not working ( receptionist could not help me), no compensation, ( only vouchers for anions of upsell) room service was slow and food was cold when it arrived. (1 time the wrong thing was delivered). Bedroom was not cleaned every day. No working space and no relaxing breakfast.

Schone en ruime kamer en badkamer. Uitgebreide gym en heerlijke spa. Alleen jammer dat alle handdoeken altijd dagelijks gewassen worden zonder dat je kan aangegeven dat je best nog enkele dagen ermee door kan om het milieu te sparen.

Ik ben hier vaker geweest, vind het een prima hotel, maar dit keer waren er werkzaamheden en overdag hoorde je bijna continue dat er geboord werd. Zeer hinderlijk en vervelend. Als ik dit geweten had, dan had ik ergens anders geboekt. Verder een zeer fijn hotel, waar ik graag kom. En ik kom zeker terug, maar niet als er werkzaamheden zijn, dat heeft mijn verblijf verpest.

Locatie is prima, op zeer korte loopafstand van metro/treinstation. Voorzieningen in het hotel zijn uitstekend. Enig minpunt betrof de vervanging van handdoeken en douche gel/ dit werd wel goedgemaakt met n mooie fles champagne. Ontbijtbuffet zeer uitgebreid, niets op aan te merken.

Nice hotel, for a 5 stars I think the mini bar or at least some items should be complimentary. Hotel is clean, close to transport and they offer free shuttle to downtown and back.

Its a big beautiful hotel. Even though google maps says its. 15 minute drive to the city center, there is sooo much traffic that in can take 30-45 minutes. The room was spacious, bed & pillows average. Very long checkin and checkout lines but it might have been related to the Taylor Swift concept being in town.

We arrived early prior to check in after a long travel day. Even though we were told check in wasn’t until 2 pm, we decided to try shortly after 1 as we were sleep deprived and needed some rest. Marta who was the Room Services manager was super kind and helpful. Not only did she try to find a room for us but we were given a complimentary upgrade. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The only criticism we had was the shower door did not have a tight seal so water would spill onto the floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything about this hotel was perfect. Every single staff member was lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are immaculate. The pool and spa are fabulous. The restaurants and bars are charming and lovely. The free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes back-and-forth between the downtown area was invaluable. We were a little concerned that the hotel was not right downtown and that we would be out-of-the-way. But that was not an issue at all with the free shuttle. It was also lovely to be a bit outside of the hustle and bustle and the neighborhood is charming and lively itself. We would stay here again and again.

Lovely hotel with accommodating staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast selection is great. Hotel is not near city centre but a free shuttle service runs every half hour from the hotel to Restauradores Square and back til around 6pm. We tried one of the restaurants in the hotel which was rly nice. 5 star hotel. Thank you

The Corinthia Team took very good care of us and even provided something special when they found out it was my dad's birthday! The room was clean and the location was very convienent- just a few minutes walk from the metro and train station. Overall it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

5 Star rated full service hotel located in a quieter part of Lisboa. While somewhat removed from major attractions, the location turned out to be much more convenient than expected. The hotel provides a shuttle bus downtown every 30 min but we ended up using the Metro almost exclusively. A quick 15-20 ride on the Blue line will take you directly to the waterfront and other major areas. There are also a limited number of cafes and supermarkets in the area if you want an alternative to the hotels restaurants (which are quite good). The only downside is their elevator system which can be slow and confusing at times.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff is excellent! It’s not in the hustle bustle of the city but there’s a metro station and train station across the street. We didn’t utilize the spa or pool but the gym was nice. There is an Italian restaurant very close to the hotel that stays open late enough for dinner or dessert/drinks. The hotel runs a free shuttle during the day that drops you off in front of a cute cafe in a very touristy area. It’s a good place to venture off on your exploring.

The hotel is really nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and did the job, anything asked for at reception arrived quickly. My son loved the pool which is nice. Breakfast amazing, Soul Garden is nice and the food tasty though portion sizes were small. My gripe with this hotel is it’s location. The surrounding area is borderline industrial and not pretty at all. The complementary shuttle bus to the old town is fantastic, though Uber / Bolt are really cheap. Overall we had a great stay, saw and did loads, staff were brilliant.
