'This hotel was fine for a night after a long flight. As its close to the airport its noisy with planes and also lots if road traffic that passes by. Hotels.com unfortunately provides incorrect information around the free airport shittle so be aware that this stops at 10PM. Otherwise comfortable beds and friendly staff!'

'Had a sewer smell coming from the vents in our bathroom the whole time but other than that it was clean, comfortable, and staff was very friendly. Would have been nice to have free breakfast though it’s Just a typical buffet for $15 a day that’s not great. '

'Staff was amazing and the property grounds are very safe and clean. It’s conveniently located near Phoenix Skyharbor Airport and surprisingly quiet. Other than the ice machine not working on my floor, I have no other complaints. I highly recommend!'

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted... We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'Air conditioning unit was old and rattled all night so sleep was next to Impossible, floor creaked everywhere you walked, walls were chipped, bathroom door did not close and could not be locked, shower drain was rusty and shower was dirty, bedding had holes in it. You need to keep your shoes on until it's time to go to bed. The only positive thing about this property was ithe proximity to the Phoenix airport, however, I still would not recommend this property. Clearly this property is happy to...

'We tried to check in and they said it would be an hour wait so left and came back an hour later and they said it would be another hour. So left again. When we got to the deluxe room the door wouldn’t close without slamming it so they gave us another room and in that room there was no towels, no garbage can, no coffee cups and no bath mat. We stayed two nights the second day they put two bath towels in the room no hand towels or face clothes. They emptied the garbage and that was all they did...
