'The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but no dish soap for the sink or dishwasher. Parking was safe and easy to get from back to the hotel room. However, getting to the parking ramp from the hotel was terrible. Even though it's only a block, it's a big hill to walk up.'

'Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!'

'Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay.'

'We have stayed at several Days Inn Hotels on our trip...
The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi
Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...
