THE SPACE



Living & Dining



Low Tide offers two separate living areas, giving families and groups plenty of room to spread out.



The main floor features a bright, open living and dining space connected to the kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the coastal setting, creating a comfortable place to gather for meals, conversation, or a relaxing evening.



Downstairs, a second family room provides another space to unwind, complete with a TV, queen sleeper sofa, toys, and games. It's an especially great setup for families with children, allowing kids and adults to enjoy their own spaces.



Ocean-View Sunroom



One of Low Tide's best features is its beautiful sunroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean.



Surrounded by windows, this inviting space is perfect for morning coffee, reading, watching the changing coastal weather, or catching a colorful sunset. The sunroom also provides direct access to the shared outdoor patio.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements



Low Tide comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.



Main Floor:



- Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with comfortable linens and coastal-inspired furnishings

- Second Bedroom: Queen bed with fresh linens and relaxing decor

- Full bathroom conveniently located near both bedrooms



Lower Level:



- Bunk Room: Two twin XL bunk beds, providing four individual sleeping spaces

- Family Room: Queen sleeper sofa accommodating two additional guests

- Second full bathroom



The two-level layout is especially convenient for families traveling together, providing separation between the main bedrooms and the downstairs bunk room and family area.



Bathrooms



Both bathrooms have been updated with modern finishes and thoughtful amenities. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.



Kitchen & Dining



The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.



The adjoining dining area makes it easy to gather for breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoy a home-cooked dinner together after a day exploring Lincoln City.

Step outside from the sunroom to the shared patio and outdoor gathering area.

EXPLORE LINCOLN CITY



Beach access is approximately a 5–15 minute walk from Low Tide, depending on which access point you choose.



Spend your days beachcombing, searching for Lincoln City's famous hidden glass floats, flying kites, exploring tide pools, or enjoying miles of sandy coastline.



Nearby attractions include Devils Lake for kayaking and paddleboarding, Cascade Head for scenic hiking, the Lincoln City Outlets for shopping, and a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries.



Low Tide also makes a great home base for exploring Depoe Bay, Pacific City, Newport, and the surrounding Oregon Coast.



GOOD TO KNOW



Private Two-Level Unit: Low Tide occupies the lower two levels of a duplex, with High Tide located on the upper floor. Each rental has its own private entrance and separate indoor living spaces.



Upstairs Neighbors: Sound-dampening improvements have been installed between the units, but occasional footsteps or other normal household sounds may be heard when High Tide is occupied.



Shared Outdoor Amenities: The patio, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor dining space are shared between Low Tide and High Tide.



Laundry: A shared laundry room with two washers and two dryers is accessible from outside the building.



Parking: Three designated parking spaces are provided for Low Tide guests in the shared parking area.



Dogs Welcome: Dogs are welcome with a one-time fee of $50 per dog. Please include your dogs in your reservation. Cats are not permitted.



Self-Check-In: Arrive at your convenience using your unique smart lock access code. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.



Exterior Security Cameras: Cameras monitor the exterior entrance and parking area. There are no cameras inside the rental.



Before arrival, you'll get a short concierge check-in: a quick identity verification link (keeps everyone in the home safe) and a full digital house manual so you know exactly where everything is the moment you walk in.



Security Deposit: There is a $300 deposit hold that will be put on the card used to reserve the home. This will be released a few days after the stay, unless there is some issue in the home caused during the stay that requires repayment. Ex: breakages and stains.
