We were a party of 12 adults and one baby so we really needed enough space to spread out. This house is very cozy and accommodating and we really enjoyed it. Pros: Sally, the host, was very communicative and available. Sally answered all my questions before we arrived and was very helpful during the the short weather related power outage we experienced. The house can accommodate several couples with bedrooms that have en-suite bathrooms. There’s plenty of other bedrooms to accommodate singles or kids. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed during our stay including some basic spices, extra coffee, and plenty of cookware. The hot tub and beach easy beach access were also a bonus. Lastly, there’s plenty of parking to accommodate 5 cars. Some things to consider since we really don’t have Cons to this property: the social (kitchen/dining/living area) is upstairs from the main entrance so all groceries and supplies we had to walk up the stairs. The game room was a nice extra room, but it’s small and wouldn’t fit more than 2-3 people hanging out at one time. It’s also detached from the house and we actually never used it.
