'The room was ok. The only issue was both toilets overflowed. It was early morning and the maintenance team didn’t arrive until 8am. The suggestion was that I plunge it which was ridiculous for an $800 room. They should have maintenance help at all times.'

'Great location on the Siletz Bay. That is the only positive. Staff was consistently uncaring & unhelpful upon arrival & when informed that the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming in our room. We were told to ‘call the police’. The next night it was overwhelming marijuana. Thank goodness the bed was clean because the couch & overstuffed chair were filthy, looking as if they had been picked up off a curb. We never sat in them, preferring to use the hard surface chairs at the table (even...

'Positives: Attentive and cordial staff. Clean bathroom. Clean bed. The price. The location.
Negatives: Supposedly under renovation; 2 or 3 years now and counting according to other guests and a few employees. The pool and spa are closed until further notice.
The bedroom had thin walls and ceiling. We could hear our neighbors' television and clearly hear their conversations and a baby crying. Through the ceiling, upstairs came boisterous walking and running, I thought they were playing...

'Loved that it was adults only and right on the coast. The only downfall was that our room didn’t have AC. It wasn’t broken, it just didn’t have it at all, only a heat/off option on the thermostat and two box fans in the closets. They’re renovating so hopefully this will be changed, fortunately we stayed in October when it was pretty cool outside so we slept with the fans on and windows open.'
