The Good
The pool was a good size and almost warm enough to enjoy.
Most of the staff were nice + professional
The Bad
The Bed is rock hard. They took two twin beds and latched them together, while the zipper noticeably can be felt when lying down. The only way we slept was from sheer exhaustion on every single night there. We did inform staff of how hard the bed was, and even with two (thin) added layers brought to us, it did nothing to improve the quality of sleep. These beds will hurt your back. The pillows were both flat and got super warm very fast; they were useless. You will wake up with a sore neck if you use their pillows. This was the first time I had to purchase pillows while staying at a hotel!
Booked the hotel several months in advance, our room was located in the furthest building from the main hotel.
We were given a handicapped room (not requested)
The bathroom at all times smelled like, you know what. The attractive-looking detached bathtub wasn't used since we would smell that awful stench during use. The floor was extremely dangerous/slippery to walk on after the shower was used every single time.
As mentioned, this room was handicapped; however, they put the fan button at the highest point, located above the bathroom door...many people won't be able to push this button due to how high off the ground the fan button is. Almost no room by the sink to put your H&B items at + the sink was located Very Low to the ground, in fact, a foot away from the
