'Very comfy, quiet & relaxing; nice grounds, surrounded by forested hills'

'Our room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was toothpaste “splatter” on the bathroom faucet and a brown ring around the tub. The building has seen better days. There were giant tarps hanging from the second floor railing when we pulled in. The staff was really nice. At around 9pm there were people sitting right by our door smoking. Not to fun being awoken by the garbage man at 6am.'

'Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Parking/access was easy and stress-free. Anyone with bad allergies keep in mind that this is out in the country - grass/hay, farms around etc. This is a big part of what we enjoyed about it but we know it can be a problem for some people.'

'Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great (love that homemade yogurt) and Laura, the innkeeper, was lovely. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back.'

'My family of three had such a lovely stay at the Little Cat Lodge over the long 4th of July holiday. The hotel is so cute, and amenities were quaint but wonderful. The hostess and dining room staff were so kind to my 5 year old daughter. We loved the pool, it was such a lovely vibe swimming in the summer heat. The pool's lack of harsh chemicals was also refreshing - literally. Tasty food and drinks, and a view of the 4th of July fireworks at Catamount from our room was the cherry on top....

'I actual live in town and always wanted to stay here with my wife and dine here. Super clean room, very chill atmosphere, well decorated and most importantly, a comfortable bed. The staff was incredible and very attentive. But the real shinning star was the Courthouse restaurant, probably one of the best meals I’m going to have this year. Great vibes, great staff and amazing food. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend staying.'

'Check in was relatively easy. It’s an automated hotel so don’t expect staff whatsoever. WiFi was spotty at best. The AC was not great, but I’ll mention it was a hot day. It’s pricey for what is offered. '

'this place was dirty and the customer service was terrible !! they dont even have tap to pay plus under the bed there was nothing but filth and dirt ! none of the appliances worked and my bf and i were literally able to open our door by sliding the card through the door its genuine slop. paid 300+ dollars for terrible service and a terrible room'

'My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!'
