'Really friendly staff that were more than happy to help with any information about the island and also organised a taxi for us to take away from having to haggle over prices etc. The free bikes was really handy to get around the island and the pool was amazing to come back to in the evening. The breakfast was yum and the rooms were always cleaned straight after we left so we didn’t get bothered if we wanted to come back and relax by the pool in the afternoon. 'What's not to like? An excellent service and a beautifull, private villa.'

'The villa was even better than the pictures. The villa was really spacious for our family of four. Having a private pool in our private garden was a bonus. The staff at Rimba villas went out of their way to make our visit special, even recommending local restaurants and things to do. I especially liked that they contacted me ahead of our visit to ask if I had any requests and had our bike rentals already arranged when we arrived. '

'Très bel établissement, le personnel est juste incroyable. Ils font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour vous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. Rina et Putra sont simplement géniaux. Profitez à fond de votre temps sur place. Petit bémol extérieur à l’établissement : ne travaillez pas avec « agent Anto » pour réserver excursion ou billets de fast boat, il n’est pas fiable. '

'Gili Air has changed drastically in just a couple of years (less colourful coral, more tourism). Luckily Si Pitung Village has managed to keep its lovely atmosphere, with a nice balance of comfort and island serenity. The staff is very hospitable and thoughtful; the rooms are clean and elegant. Moreover, my camera loves the luscious melati, hibiscus and mango trees in the small courtyard by the pool.'
