Welcome to Domus Lario's Lake, a cozy studio apartment with a lake view—perfect for an extraordinary experience filled with relaxation and fun.
From the private balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view, while the shared pool and direct access to the beach allow you to alternate between sunbathing and refreshing dips in the water.
Modern and functional, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in one of the most picturesque settings on Lake Como.


Domus Lario’s Lake is a cozy studio apartment featuring a spacious balcony, air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment features a bright, open-concept layout that combines the living area, dining area, and sleeping area, offering a functional and comfortable space.

The living area includes a double bed, a large closet, a table with chairs, a Smart TV, a small sofa, and a coffee/tea station.
Upon request, we provide an American-style coffee maker.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals, while the private bathroom features a shower and toilet.

The real highlight of the home is the spacious panoramic balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors, enjoying breakfast and an aperitif, or simply admiring the sunrise and sunset.
The lake view from the balcony is priceless!
During the summer season, guests can enjoy a shared pool, which is generally available from June through the end of September. It’s the perfect way to cool off and relax on hot days.
The building has an elevator connecting the first floor to the first floor, where the apartment is located.
We have a private covered parking space within the complex.
Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll also find a paid public parking lot.

LOCATION
The apartment is located on Lake Como, just a short walk from the famous Punta di Grumo Beach.
The beach is equipped with a bar and offers deck chair rentals.
The location allows for easy access to the area’s main attractions, both on the lake and in the mountains.
The train station and ferry terminal are nearby (less than a 20-minute walk), with frequent connections to various destinations around the lake.
Varenna and Mandello are just a 5-minute train ride away, while Bellagio is a 20-minute boat ride away. Mandello, the home of Moto Guzzi, is just a few minutes away by train or car.
The area offers numerous hiking opportunities, such as the scenic “Sentiero del Viandante” trail.
Thanks to its location, the apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring Lake Como!

Our goal is to make you feel at home and provide you with a pleasant and relaxing stay.
To ensure everyone’s comfort and respect, we kindly ask you to follow a few rules:
* Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
* Unregistered guests are not permitted.
* Please be mindful of quiet hours, especially in the evening and at night. 10-8
* Use of the pool is permitted in accordance with the property’s rules and established hours. You must shower before entering the pool and wear a swim cap.
* Parties or events are prohibited.
* Pets are not allowed
