Located outside the former fishing village of Liepe, this 60 m² apartment welcomes you with a simple 3-room layout in the style of the 1950s to 1990s and accommodates up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with sleeping options, including 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed with medium-firm mattresses.



The apartment has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a private, fully equipped kitchen. The entrance is partially separated, with a shared door to the main house. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, self-check-in, baby cot and high chair (on request and subject to availability).



Enjoy the shared garden, where you can relax or use the communal barbecue for outdoor meals. A shared playground provides entertainment for your children during your stay.



Parking is available both on the street and on the property. Up to 4 pets may accompany you. Public transport is accessible, and events are not permitted on the property.



Your accommodation is in a quiet, secluded forest location, from where you can walk directly into the surrounding woods or to Lake Rosin for swimming. The peaceful garden offers you the ideal retreat to relax and enjoy nature.



Please note that the final cleaning fee only includes linen packages for the standard occupancy (4 people). For each additional person, you must bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site for an extra fee.
