Espace Douffet - A haven of peace in the city - Large cozy house 5 ch.

The Douffet space is one of the most original buildings on the street. The place is warm and stylishly equipped for organizing a peaceful stay with family or friends. This will be the starting point for your visits to Liège.
The place was renovated from the ground to the attic between June and November 2019, we present you updated photos and you can view our other "Space" in the Ardennes to give you a representation of our concept of interior decoration. :-).

In the middle of Liège (on the edge of the Amercoeur and Outremeuse district), located in a quiet street but 2 steps from the lively Médiacité district and close to the Meuse is a haven of peace: the Espace Douffet.

This place is much more than a gîte: it is a reception house, a place for retirement, relaxation, gastronomy, conviviality, friendship… built and renovated with warm materials (stone, wood and slate ).

With its 4 bedrooms, Espace Douffet can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The relationship with travelers is based on trust and respect.
From this principle we decorated it with love, with objects that we love.

We make it a point of honor to welcome you personally.

For the tranquility of the neighborhood and respect for the place, the organization of student parties, bachelor parties is not allowed.

NB: The house is secure and has an alarm system.

What is not included in the rental price:
-A charges package (water-heating-electricity): 20 eur per day.
-Bed linen rental: € 7 per person (optional)
-Bath towel rental: € 3 each (optional)
- Wood consumption: 4 eur per pack (optional)
-Dogs are welcome but an extra 15eur / animal is required
-Cleaning 85 eur (compulsory)
-A deposit of 300 eur is requested and reimbursed within one week on your bank account after deduction of rentals, extras and consumption charges.

The house is protected and has an alarm system.
ENTRY at the street front:
-1 entrance hall with cloakroom
-Child playroom

GROUND FLOOR :
-A fitted kitchen and dining room
Equipment: 2 fondue set (8 p.) + Blender + percolator + toaster, mixer, ...
dishwasher, food storage space.
- Living room with open fire and leather sofas.
- Veranda / winter garden with terrace and access to the garden (barbecue).

BEL-FLOOR
- Separate toilet and hand basin

1ST FLOOR :
- Bathrooms including a toilet, 2 sinks, a bathtub / shower
- "Plume" room: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds (+1 single bed optional)
- "Music" room: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds (+1 single bed optional)
- "Soleil" room: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds

2ND FLOOR :
- Bedroom: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds

What will be available to you in the gîte:
- Dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, trash bags, etc.
-Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, spices,…
-Home maintenance products.
-A changing board.
-Toilet paper.
- Quilts and cushions
-Bed linen (duvet cover (220 * 240) and pillowcases (50x50) are MANDATORY for hygiene reasons.
NB: You can bring your own bed linen or rent it. at a low price.

Ditto for the bath towels.
The mattresses are at least 21 cm high. 8 beds 80x200 cm (in double bed or 2 single version)

Dimensions of duvets: 2p duvets of 220 * 240. 1p duvets of 150 x 200.
Pillow dimensions: 50x50
Bed linen and towels are washed after each rental
