'Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view.'

'The house was just great. All you need after a day at the beach or a day in Napoli is there. The house was very clean, garden is just lovely and the pool refreshing. On top of that Massimo and his family have made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and have given us many ideas to explore the area. We stayed here with a family of two adults and two teenagers.'

'This property could be exceptional, but it's not. The view is amazing. The home was clean but most of the external doors did not open. The outside gardens were a complete mess and all over grown. The pool was dirty and green. The stove had no ignitors and we had to buy a lighter. The kitchen is minute for 13 people. There was no soap in all the bathrooms. 'Large comfy villa with superb pool and outdoor areas to enjoy. Beautiful gardens and stunning views of the sea with complete privacy. We hired a car to get around the island for day trips but there are a few good quality restaurants a short 10 min walk down the hill towards the sea front. Di Meglio Pizzeria and La Sciavica were both superb. La Mortella gardens were a 1 min walk from the villa and a must see as they are amazing. Would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil spot to enjoy Ischia...

'Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed.'

'The villa was great especially the pool area which we all enjoyed immensely. Unfortunately the area outside the gated area is dire. Little or no local amenities and the street was dirty and most buildings were abandoned. The blurb for the property was changed recently to state that a car was needed and had i seen that I wouldn't of booked as none of our party wanted to drive. Beach was good and the staff at local Lido were great. Again villa fab but location awful. Such a shame!'

De verschillende voorafgaandelijke contacten met zoon Stefano en die ter plaatse met vader Luigi verliepen zeer vlot, correct, transparant en eerlijk. Hun raadgevingen omtrent ons transport van de luchthaven van Napels, via taxi, overzetboot en huurwagen apprecieerden wij ten zeerste en hebben wij volledig in acht genomen waardoor onze reis vlekkeloos verlopen is. 'Van bij de aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en kregen we heel nuttige culturele en culinaire informatie. De accommodatie is heel goed gelegen om Napels en de omgeving te verkennen.Het appartement is goed uitgerust, heel net en we kregen een rondleiding toen we aankwamen. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en bij het vertrek kon nog een taxi geregeld worden. Aanrader! '

'Luigi was extremely helpful with excellent advice for travelling around Napoli. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Quite rooms, view to Capri and safe location in Vomero makes this a great choice.'
