He was delightful and when the electricity went off in the building, he arrived in less than 10 minutes and took care of it (was an issue in the town, not this place). 'This accomodation was super clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check in and great communication. Well designed and styled, loved the window looking out the bedroom. This is in a perfect location, so close to everything needed from restaurants, cafes, to all La Spezia sight seeing has to offer. Short walk to train ride if interested in going to Cinque Terra, Monterosso was the best one we thought. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment and I would most definitely stay here again....

'Our booking was last minute as our original booking was double booked so we arrived in Vernazza in the pouring rain with no accommodation! This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The space also had a kitchen and balcony which was lovely to sit out on each morning. We were right in the centre of Vernazza with easy access to all restaurants and walking tracks. The train stations...
