'Room was very clean and well presented, with all expected facilities. Plenty of parking and welcoming staff. Breakfast provision was not clear when booking but was available to purchase each morning. The menu suggested that continental breakfast was included in the price of all cooked breakfasts but it was not evident. Breakfast was a good portion size and very tasty. Evening meals available at a discounted price and were very filling. These was some evidence of a historic water leak in...

'Unfortunately, our high hopes were dashed. The pot of tea and cake on arrival in a side room was a bit weird. Our room, which was the most expensive of our 3-week trip was painfully small and uncomfortable The bed was too soft. This property may be loved by others due to its history and charm, but it wasn’t what we’d hoped it would be.'

'kamer wat ouder, inrichting past erbij. badkamer met bad wat ouder. met douche later opgeknapt. geweldige keuken met vriendelijk personeel. hoge kwaliteit voedsel en vers. midden in de natuur, je wordt wakker met paarden of koeien onder je raam. een aanrader voor iedereen die van landelijk houd en heerlijk wil ontspannen in de natuur.'

'Virkelig hyggeligt sted med en fantastisk dejlig have. Værelset var rent og pænt'

'I have to say, this was a perfect stay. Single traveller. From arrival to departure, the staff and service were faultless The cabines are super. The attention to detail very good indeed. Coffee and tea making facilities with sealed bottles of milk and water. Complimentary flapjacks... Large TV, controllable heat and a cooling fan. A window near the bed for those warm nights. Full USB sockets integrated to wall plugs next to the bed as well as a sidelight. Curtains for blackout. A...

'We had two night booked, we only stayed one because we arrived too late to find alternatives the first day. I’d rather lose money than my sleep. The room is okish but super noisy due to the 60mph road right next to the hotel. There is no staff and directions were unclear to most guests we met in the first hour or so. These guests were still trying to get some help finding their rooms two hours later. It is very overpriced for what they offer.'

'Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel.'

'Ontbijt in buffet vorm , wel door het personeel opgeschept en iets minder keus maar nog voldoende. Kamers mogen een opknap beurt krijgen. Ik had een invalide kamer gekregen , de wasbak kwam tot net boven mijn knieen'
