'What a beautiful hotel! The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The person at the front desk gave us very detailed descriptions of what to visit. We were upgraded to a studio with partial river views and it was absolutely amazing. I also love how centrally located the hotel was to everything. I’m looking forward to going back!'

'Hotel was very well located in the centre of the historic area. Staff were friendly and welcoming although not on site 24/7. They finish duty 18.00hrs so if you are arriving later than 18.00hrs, you need to prearrange with the hotel. Upon opening the door to the hotel you are greeted by a short flight of very steep stairs but once inside there is a small lift for your suitcases to be taken to upper floors. My understanding is that there is no lift for people. Our room was on the ground floor so...

'Our room was adjacent to property maintenance work which began at 7 AM and the hot water was shutoff at 9 AM. Needless to say, it was very noisy and we had to take an early shower. We would have appreciated to know about this inconvenience and make an informed decision before booking. '
