The Space:

The pool area is designed for relaxation and recreation, with ample sun loungers, a shaded gazebo, and panoramic views of the shimmering Simpson Bay Lagoon. Just steps away, a private beach invites you to unwind in the soft sands. It's the ideal spot to savor the views.



Inside, Villa La Salamandre offers expansive, thoughtfully designed spaces for lounging, dining, and entertaining. Travertine tile floors flow throughout, harmonizing with natural light and sea breezes that sweep in through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The villa's kitchen is equipped with light wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including two professional-sized refrigerators providing a perfect platform for inspired gourmet cooking. Wrap-around countertops offer ample casual dining while allowing chefs to share the experience with family or guests.

Outdoor living is a hallmark of La Salamandre. Multiple terraces feature comfortable seating, shaded gazebos, and large outdoor dining areas. For everyday essentials, you’ll enjoy convenient access to small local markets, with larger grocery stores just a short drive away.



Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

*This 6-bedroom villa accommodates up to 12 guests as standard. It is possible to host up to 2 additional guests at a cost of $100 per guest, per night (plus 10% tax and service fee). Please note that a rollaway bed must be rented to accommodate the extra guests. If you are traveling with more than 12 guests, please reach out to us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.
