It offers a living room with a 90 cm sofa bed and a pull-out bed, and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, extractor hood, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator), a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a shower room with a washing machine, and a toilet. There is a terrace and small garden at the front. There is a pool view. Parking behind the apartment. Close to the beach, shops, tennis courts, a casino, a restaurant, a zoo, a spa, and Lake Tanchet. A direct bus stop is located at the residence for the town center. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, a €800.00 deposit by check, and a €86.00 cleaning deposit. Holiday vouchers accepted.
