ROSE Holidays offers you this superb apartment on the 4th floor of a secure residence with a lift, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne!

Located on the embankment, highly sought after by holidaymakers and in the front row facing the ocean, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort just a stone's throw from the large beach and shops in the city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.



Composition of the Accommodation

A bright living room-lounge open to the sea-facing loggia, equipped with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a large dining table with six chairs, a TV, a connected speaker and Wi-Fi.



The loggia, facing south-west and overlooking the ocean, has a table and chairs for you to relax after a day at the beach or to share a friendly moment with family or friends.



An open and functional kitchen, fully equipped: induction hob (x3), oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter).

A first room with a double bed (160), two chairs, a chest and a loggia.



A second bedroom with a double bed (160), a chair and storage cupboards.

You will be able to park your vehicle in the paid car parks behind the residence.

You also benefit from free parking:



At the car park of the Audubon Space (approximately 8/10 minutes on foot)



At the Sablière car park, with shuttle every 10 minutes.
