Take a trip to the mountains and stay in this beautiful chalet located in the heart of the Alpine resort of Les Orres!

This 120m² flat can comfortably accommodate 12 people and has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay with family or friends: large living room, equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a dormitory, two shower rooms, a large balcony and a terrace facing south-west, opening onto a large enclosed garden.
A ski room, a storage room and three parking spaces complete this chalet.
Sheets and towels are available on request.

The chalet
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa, coffee table, a large TV, wood stove (not usable).
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette set, Nespresso filter and pod coffee machine...
- A dining area for 8 people.
- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160*200), storage space and private bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower, clothesline.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed, storage space and balcony access.
- Room 3: a double bed, storage space and balcony access.
- Room 4: Dormitory with 3 single beds and a bunk bed (90*190)
- A bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin, drying rack.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A large balcony accessible from the two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor.
- A 20m² terrace overlooking the enclosed garden with garden furniture for 6 to 8 people.
- 3 parking spaces in front of the chalet.

The accommodation is ideally located with a bus stop only 30 metres away to take the shuttle bus to the resort which is 1 km away! You will find all the amenities in the resort: bakeries, butchers, shops, restaurants, pharmacies...
- Les Orres ice rink located at 950 m (15 minutes on foot)
- Le Kiowah equestrian centre 200 m away (3 minutes on foot)
- Jungle Aventure activity park 1.6 km away (27 minutes on foot)

- Shuttles from Paris, "Navettes Blanches" from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence and shuttle from Embrun station.
- Chorges train station is 35 km (36 minutes by car), Embrun is 17.6 km (24 minutes by car).

- The house is heated by convector heaters and underfloor heating. The house also has a wood-burning stove.
