The LYDMALIDA family cottage is completely renovated with all the comforts for 4 people and a breathtaking view of the river. Description of the cottage: On the first floor: Living room/fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, gas hob, dining table and chairs, etc. Shower room with vanity unit with 2 drawers (80cm), mirror, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, WC. On the east side, your private terrace with parasol and garden furniture to fully enjoy the view. on the Eyrieux river with its beach and canoes, perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts. On the WEST side, at the front of the house, is a shared, enclosed garden with plants, one side of which is reserved for you with your own table, chairs, and parasol, giving you your own personal space. Upstairs: 2 cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140cm) with duvet, pillows, mattress protectors, blankets if needed, storage space, radiators, and a ceiling fan. Sheets and pillowcases are not provided, but all the comforts are ensured in this little haven with a view of the river. PGJyPg PGJyPg Why choose the LYDMALIDA gîte? The surrounding area offers numerous possibilities: canoeing and kayaking, the Aqua Rock course between rocks and the river, swimming, hiking, walks in the forest, discovering Ardèche cuisine and local festivities throughout the summer in the villages. PGJyPg PGJyPg Don't miss: the Dolce Via, a former railway line converted into a cycle path, ideal for cycling from village to village. PGJyPg If you wish, two bicycle covers will be provided free of charge. PGJyPg PGJyPg All Shops, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, and a bank are all just 200 meters from the cottage. A market is held under the bridge every Tuesday and Saturday morning, 5 km away in the next village, St. Sauveur de Montagut, where you can discover Ardèche specialties like caillette (a type of pâté) or crique (a potato and cheese dish)! Non-smoking cottage - "Pets are not allowed, thank you for your understanding." No Wi-Fi internet connection, but 4G is available without any problems. Parking is available near the cottage. Motorcycles can be parked inside the cottage, at the edge of the garden.
